The room is very spacious with a super big bathroom and a very big sofa. The bathtub can be used for two people and one kid with massage function. The location is near some tourist attractions such as Shilin night market, Beitou Hot Spring, National Palace Museum, Children Amusement Park, Astronomy Museum, National Science Education Center,... There is a 24-hour Mc Donald's right next to the hotel.

The location is a little bit far from the city center. The hotel is quite old, fairly clean. The breakfast has not so many choices and not too delicious.

The room was HUGE! Bed on platform, Glass looking dance floor, two-person jacuzzi tub, remote controlled lighting, all and more bathroom amenities (changed out daily), snacks, ramen, water, sodas, and a Taiwanese breakfast every morning! About a 10 minute walk to the metro, tons of restaurants and even a grocery store close by. GREAT Beitou/Taipei bargain! Staff were always so friendly and helpful. WiFi is horrible (not stable and super slow). If you need to do any work over the internet this is NOT the place for you. McDonald's is close by, but to use their WiFi you need a Taiwan phone number.

Room and facilities available were great. The place is perfect for short term stays and the spa is nice to relax after a long day.

We checked in late (around 10pm) and our room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait 10/15 minutes to receive our room key. As travellers without a car, we found the entrance a little hard to find.

The staff was very nice and always asked if you needed anything or help. The price was very reasonable. They have a very nice breakfast from 7am to 10am.

The facility needs a bit of an update.

It’s a bit far away from the train station, it’s better to travel to the hotel with car, anyhow, staff are super friendly and helpful, we travel with our little puppy, the staff are very polite and helpful for us!

Even though it’s a non smoke hotel, at the night time, still can smell smoke heavily…..

The friendly staff. They gave us free snacks when we checked in and were happy to help with extra bedding. The room was large and in a good location for our needs

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. There wasn't much natural light.

The bathtub and bed was awesome. The staff was extremally friendly and was flexible with us checking in late. Good location can walk to many things.

While it was not an issue for us, there is a little less privacy in the room. The bathroom door is a sheet.

This is our second place to stay while on holiday, because this accommodation is very comfortable, the service is very friendly, the rooms are large, clean, the facilities are also complete, close to the MRT, close to markets and minimarkets, I recommend this accommodation when you vacation in Taipei

Great value for money, staff are amazing, family room was great for daughter.

It's a little bit far away from airport / city for our main purpose but we love it so much and such good value for money, we keep coming back
