Great location, on the main street but far enough away to not be too noisy at night. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Comfortable beds and good size wet room/shower. Easy to book tours nearby. Shops and restaurants either side of hotel.

The pool was stagnant, no moving water and a film of mosquitos on top. TV remote not in room and mirror smashed and the table shelf was pulling away from the wall, couldn't take any weight.

The staff were exceptional, they were so helpful and attentive organising day trips and railway station transfers. The hotel itself is only a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants. After a long day travelling the pool was so nice to jump in to, what a bonus! The room was spacious and very well equipped. The breakfast was very comprehensive with delicious fruit and pancake options. I would love to come back here and stay again.

Communication of the staff. Had some problems when booking tours with the staff. The biggest one was the fact that they have a hot air balloon flyer for Above Laos in the hotel. We pointed at it and said we wanted to book the flight. They booked it for us, but didn’t tell us that they booked us on the cheap company (fly over vang vieng)… they should’ve told us because we were expecting a full service and instead had a bad ballooning experience

This is such a nice hotel! If I could give it an 11 I would! - very clean with daily houskeeping - amazing and helpful people who manage the place - friendly staff that always greets you with a smile - clean pool - good breakfast with lots of choices - good location, very close to all the restaurants and bars - possibility to rent a scooter (without having to leave your passport) I would definitely stay here again when visiting Vang Vieng!

The rooms were excellent, we stayed in both the twin room and the double room on different nights. Both rooms were lovely, clean and felt well maintained, they were also both a very good size. The staff were really helpful and we were able to book a scooter through them for a good price. I would go so far as to say that this was the best hotel we have booked in Laos so far, and possibly all of Southeast Asia.

The swimming pool was cold, but very clean. There was no Do Not Disturb/Please Clean My Room door hanger so the cleaning staff came in every day to change towels and make the bed. This was nice but we prefer to keep our towels for the sake of saving on the electricity.

Great location in centre of Vang Vieng. Really clean all over the property. Room was spacious and WiFi worked well. Bathroom was good but with only a small amount of hot water

Breakfast could have been better. Lock on the door was pretty much broken and walls were very thin

The central location of the hotel was great--we could walk pretty much to whatever restaurants we wanted, and there were all sorts of options to choose from within a full range of budgets. The hotel staff was very helpful with organizing transport, setting up pickup to the train station, etc., and offering advice on the best options (we would have bused it to Luang Prabang not knowing that the train was cheaper, faster, and more comfortable). They provide scooter rentals at the going market rate which is convenient for visiting the Blue Lagoons and various caves (highly recommend scooters as opposed to taxis or tuk tuks if for no other reason than the freedom and flexibility to come and go as you choose). They also offer tour services though we didn't take advantage of them.

The breakfast was simple (toast, eggs, banana and papaya for fruit) with limited options. Coffee was instant. The shape of the pool was the most disappointing aspect of our stay as use of a pool was one the main reasons we had chosen the hotel. The pool didn't look very well maintained (there were some chunks at the bottom though I can't be sure if it was detergent or what). I didn't see anyone using the pool during our stay nor was I tempted to use it myself. Fortunately, the lagoons around Vang Vieng were a great substitute.

Nice room, always hot water in the bathroom, daily cleaning. The staff is very friendly and reliable, booked various trips, motorbikes and train tickets through them, everything worked out very well.

Great, welcoming and enthusiastic staff. Very clean hotel and the location is very good, especially because Vang Vieng is pretty small. Even though the hotel is located on a "main road", you don't hear the noise from the street when you're in the room (at least in the room that we were in). The staff helped us renting a motorbike during our stay (100000 kip for 1 day or 150000 kip for 24 hours). There are free coffee, water and bananas in the entrance hall. Nice breakfast included in the price. We only stayed there for 2 nights so we didn't do too many activities but you can easily book kayaking, tubing, transport and other different activities through the hotel. Just feel free to ask because the staff is available all the time. There's a swimming pool accessible anytime. Despite the very few negative points described separately, this place is definitely worth the price :)

The bed was a bit hard. Maybe a separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom would be appreciated because if you take a shower, the whole floor is wet afterwards. Noise resonates in the corridors so you may get some noise if the neighbors are not too quiet in the common areas/corridors.

Really nice hotel, especially for the price! Staff were friendly and relaxed, spoke excellent English. You can book all tours, taxis, motorbikes etc. from hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Could see the sunset behind the mountains from our room. Bed was firm but comfy. Location was on the main street so close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Pool didn't seam to get any sun, but with so many beautiful lagoons around, you don't need a pool :)
