The location is hard to beat, just a stone's throw away from the main bus station (you'll appreciate this one if you'll be arriving to the city with some heavy luggage). The rooms are very spartan but are clean and the bed was comfy, which was enough for me. My balcony also had a nice view of the Nicosia rooftops and the Kyrenia Mountains in the background (ask for the room 308 or 309 if you want this view). Everyone working at the reception desk couldn't possibly be nicer. They will also store your luggage after checking-out.

It's not the hotel's fault, but the people staying in the neighboring room were smoking which made my room smell as well.

The hotel is lovely, very clean, our room had a splendid view over he Eleftheria Square. It's close to the bus station, as well as to the cafes and museums. The staff is kind and lovely. No excessive and useless objects, nothing fake or dishonest. It is affordable and genuinely friendly. A place where we could rest and feel welcome.

Delphi hotel is located in the heart of Nicosia. It is an affordable option opposite the main bus terminal. Despite its budget-friendly rates, it offers essential amenities such as warm water, air conditioning, TV, and a refrigerator, balcony with city view and 24-hour reception. It is a good choice for a short stay in the city center.

The building itself is quite old and the rooms lack of some modern comforts and decor. It could benefit from a restoration to enhance the overall guest experience. However, if you are looking for a place with basic amenities, cheap, central, safe and clean and you don't mind if it shows signs of age, then it's a very good option.

We stayed at the hotel for the Nicosia Night Run and loved it. The location is ideal, close to the central bus station and lots of great places to eat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommended!

a typical good value for money hotel, i didint expect inspirational poster with funky quotes on the walls nor any great facilities. But i did expect a clean house a bed and hot water. everything was as expected

Very central location, close to the main bus station, squares, shops, restaurants. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean with facilities such as tv, fridge, a/c. Bathroom was also clean with warm water. It's a safe, clean cheap and very convenient place to stay in Nicosia.

Wifi was quite slow during my stay. The area is very central so it gets quite noisy during the day and early evening. Apart from these two issues, everything else was great.

Good budget hotel in the centre of Nicosia, overlooking the Zaha Hadid designed public gardens in the moat beneath the Venetian city walls. Close to the bus station. No breakfast provided but close to the many restaurants and cafes of the old town. Helpful staff.

Would have been good to have a kettle in the room.

The price-quality ratio is brilliant. The hostel is located 1 minute from the bus station and just a few minute walk from the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned very often.

The hostel is located near a very busy street which also is a place where a lot of people just sit and talk. I slept in the hostel from Friday to Monday and during the weekend there were a lot of noises from outside. If you are a person who can sleep in these conditions - it will be ok but if not - buy earplugs. The temperature inair condition couldn't be changed.

Well located close to the bus station but also inside Old Nicosia. Very friendly staff and clean room. Efficient AC (although very powerful sometimes).

Excellent location at the old town, especially if you use the bus to come to Nicosia. Friendly staff. Clean. Good value for money. There was a fridge in the room and supermarkets near to buy water or whatever was needed. You can ask the reception for adapter if you need one.

The bed was a bit hard but ok for one night. There was soap but no shampoo available. There is no elevator. Some noise from the street but more at day than night, not enough to brother my sleep.
