The hotel has a private car parking lot that has surveillance and a gatekeeper which was a big plus for us. The room is very comfortable, good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

The room had a strong smell of smoke which is very unpleasant even for a smoker and even worse if you’re a non-smoker. Maybe you can ask for a non-smoking room but we decided not to change rooms for a short stay.

Staff very friendly, special thanks to Hatice . She was so friendly and very kind. She made our trip very memorable with her great hospitality and also huge thanks to Morad and other kitchen staff to prepare great breakfast. The cleaning was amazing. And Thank you from Kan in receptionist as well.

Very clean and in a good location in Izmir. Comfortable beds and spacious room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help and have a chat. It had everything we needed and a nice breakfast every morning.

A very nice hotel with a very friendly staff from the receptionist Efe, who immediately found the room for me and offered me a hot Turkish tea as I arrived on a rainy day, to all other receptionists and the staff in the kitchen. Cleaning was excellent, the breakfast included traditional dishes and the lobby was very comfortable to have a black Turkish coffee with a cookie and work.

It is close by to the places I needed to be. Good breakfast and clean.

The internet. Is really really bad. If you’re for work, this is not the right place for you. Also I would prefer that they have normal coffee instead of instant coffee but the rest was quite a good breakfast.

Very clean and friendly, english speaking staff, there is a secure parking available, subject to reservation. Next to the Izmir Cultural park and 10 min walk from main Izmir port. Overall one of best choices for a budget stay.

bed was two single mattresses on double duvan. keep rolling into the middle.

It was a nice place but quite a way from the center of town and restaurants. The room was nice, but our sliding doors wouldn't shut properly. The room was a bit knocked around and there were lots of marks everywhere. The bed was comfortable and the aircon and wifi worked well. Shower was good with good size bathroom. Nice big mirrors on the wardrobe too. Breakfast was good with a lovely big selection of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nicely renovated . Staff were exceptionally welcoming especially Khadijah, she was kind and helpful. We were allowed a late check out .
