The room was smaller then I expected but everything was so well organised that I didn't feel any discomfort. The hotel is new and well designed. There is a restaurant with the garden terrace and a big entertainment area with the bar on the groundfloor. The staff is young and super helpful and welcoming. Great location just 2 min from the main train station.

The only one thing I did not like was the local young idiots making a lot of noise in front of the hotel but it is more police matter which is next door by the way. Monkeys in the zoo made less noise then those bastards. But in general the area is safe.

Eklo was super option for budget stay in Montpellier. I especially liked breakfast at the terrace, so authentic and frenchie in a good way. There are different opinions in the references, but I did enjoy the breakfast: boiled eggs, sandwiches with ham &cheese, fresh pain au chocolate, juicie fruits. Plus location: near the Gare all tram lines cross (the main transport in Montpellier) The hotel asked deposit, but did arrived back same day of check out, can be trasted.

The room was quite small but it’s understandable taking price into account

room was gorgeousss easily the nicest hostel i’ve stayed in on my trip so far. it is the most expensive but £27pn isn’t much at all for the facilities you get. privacy curtain, a separate toilet and shower room plus two sinks for a 6-bed female dorm. lovely smoking area where they play music.

no kitchen to make/store food. the common area doubles as a restaurant so difficult to tell who’s staying in the hostel or who’s visiting the restaurant. luckily everyone in my room was friendly! i didn’t pay for the breakfast but it’s 20€ which is a loooot when travelling on a budget, it is buffet style but you also have to let them know the day before if you want to attend.

Reasonably priced, comfortable hotel in central Montpellier, with underground parking (through a maze of one-way streets) at reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff. Bar/Restaurant on same premises (but run as a separate enterprise, so no charging to room) has limited menu but served some excellent dinners (seafood, cold meats & cheeses...)

Breakfasts were poor but tolerable - except for the coffee which was almost undrinkable - in contrast to that bought from the bar which was fine. In contrast to most dinners, one was truly awful: one of us had meat kebabs and the other chicken kebabs, but both were tasteless, full of gristle and tough. In the early hours of one morning, the fire-alarm went off (apparently due to a faulty coffee-maker in the kitchen, but fortunately no fire. However, when we got down from the 4th floor to the ground, the exit was locked with no handle. (I was later shown that there was an emergency button in a box, but this was behnd one if one was facing the door.)

The location was great and the bunk bed in the room for the kids was great. Staff so kind and helpful. Location is also amazing as you have everything within walking distance. A bit difficult to find the parking, but once you figure it out it's easy.

It could have been a bit cleaner. Also keep in mind that if you are with small kids, there is loud music till late so if that makes it difficult for your kids to sleep this is not the place for you. But check with the hotel as I don't think that these events are daily.

I liked everything! The staff was so incredibly kind! There were three very friendly people at reception when I checked in, searched the bar for a thing I needed and when hey didn't find it, they recommended couple places nearby where I could buy it. At the check out, the lady was very sweet and helpful as well. The stay itself was in very clean, quiet and pitch black at night room, no funny odour, no noise. The bed was comfortable, the shower and toilet was for the room only. Everything was modern and well equipped. My roommate were respectful and kind, I've not slept this good in long time! I can't believe how cheap the accommodation was!

Everything was perfect ~

The location is fantastic as it was right next to the main Saint-Roch railway station and beside two tram stops serving the city. Even before we had checked in (we arrived 4 hours early for this) the staff were very helpful. One of them explained how to download the public transport app, how the ticketing worked and to purchase tickets on the system. We visited the triumphal arches and the aqueduct by tram before check in. The old city is well worth exploring. The hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel. Colourfully designed with a relaxed atmosphere.

We expected a small room but that was part of the trade off for convenience and price so not an issue.

Might be the best hostal room I've ever experienced. In a 6-bed female room for a night, it's an excellent set up of having toilet, spacious shower and double vanity sinks all separate within the room. Numbered lockers with a counter space above, as well as a good size table with stools. Good air conditioned room is very much needed in a hot day. Very clean, mattress and duvet are comfy with a thick curtain for privacy for each bunk bed. Just a few min walk from the train station, yet it's quiet in the room.

We had one night from a Thursday, I don't know how noisy would have been during the weekend. The staff seemed friendly. At first the restaurant french kiss is shown very much compared to the hotel name so we were not sure it was the right entrance. It looks very trendy and lots of events everyday are going on, Thursday night was after-work event with a DJ at the terrace. Room was clean and comfy bed, It was Like the silence radio when we were inside our bedroom. It was a perfect location for a night away from our kids, TWOgether again!

Good location within very easy distance of the train station. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice and included a good range of options. We attended karaoke night and thoroughly enjoyed the drinks we ordered at the bar. Montpellier was a beautiful city with many enjoyable sights and activities. Highly recommend the Plant Ocean Montpellier aquarium, the Jardin des Plantes, Promenade du Peyrou, and the Aqueduc Saint-Clément.
