One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. They clearly take pride in their work because that is the cleanest hotel on 95. The breakfast area was neat, clean, organized - we were blown away. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable. After a 8 hour drive we needed a good night's sleep and we got it. We make this drive from PA to FL more frequently now and this Fairfield in Lumberton is marked in the travel plans. Kudos to the team there - they represent the brand far beyond even more expensive brands.

Nothing in particular. Looked like a couple of bleach stains on the carpet outside our door. OH, and the FIRST room we were assigned smelled like POT! My wife said something to the front desk and she accommodated us immediate, all was fine!

The Staff was kind and caring. The environment was beautiful, breakfast was delicious. I will book Fairfield on the next vacation.

Location was great, room was awesome and clean. Very accommodating. Had trouble navigating the TV lol but they helped me right away. Looking forward to booking again in this facility. The only thing I was sad about. Is I did not book a longer stay. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and the room was spotless.

The bed was excessively soft. It was definitely time for a new mattress.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just off the interstate. It was located next to great restaurants or a couple of miles from other restaurants and shopping. The room was immaculate and the staff welcomed you with warm smiles. After 4 hours of driving, the receptions suggested a wonderful restaurant to eat at, which was right next door to the hotel.

Nothing! We were totally satisfied with everything. The location was only 15 minutes from where we were visiting.

Wifi didn't work and there were no toiletries in room.

The hotel was fine. The only issue i had was with booking.com, which is unusual. It was a last minute reservation late at night, and reservation never made it to marriott's reservation system. I ended up having to do it through marriott's, as i am a member. It took too long for booking.com's help desk to rectify the situation, as we just wanted to sleep, it already being after midnight

The first room smelt like urine. When I complained to the front desk they provided a different room with no issue
