The Harvey Hotel is a family-owned boutique hotel business managed by Martina, who is often present on-site and very approachable. The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, with our favorite being Vallerie. The breakfast facility is also convenient. The hotel is surrounded by highly-rated restaurants and cafes, and it is very close to the train station, Carrefour, and the Concourse shopping mall. Within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The room was air-conditioned, which was superb in HOT scorching June weather.

There was an old-fashioned mounted blow dryer, and I didn't bring mine. I asked the receptionist, and he let me borrow a mini travel one, but it wasn't effective for my long hair. There was no iron in the room, but an ironing room was available for use. For someone who often needs to iron, this can be quite a hassle. The bathtub was super slippery.

We expected the room to be small as is all in Paris but the nice thing is it’s also very clean! The staff were all very kind and accomodating! They even offered us free coffee and bread during our New Year morning there. The hotel is very close to a good bakery called “The French Bastards” and McDonald’s. It’s also walking distance to the Arc De Triomphe so it was awesome because we were able to see the fireworks from the back side without much crowd. Just note that the elevators land in the middle of the floors so you might need to carry a bit but it wasn’t a hassle for us. Just if you have elderlies with you.

The Staff was great and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, no bad smells or anything. And the location was great, bunch of restaurants nearby and the Palais Congress was 5m away on foot. Great place!

One of the beds was really close to the window so it was a bit uncomfortable for the person sleeping there to get out and go to the toilet during the night. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

when we arrived Tery greeted us and helped us carry our big and heavy luggages up to our rooms. their elevators have landings in between 2 floors. the rooms we got were in the 1st floor and the elevator landing was in between the 1st and 2nd floor meaning there was 1/2 a flight of stairs where we had to bring down our luggages. for reference the reception was on the ground floor. Tery would alternate with Valeria in the reception and it was always a great way to start the day with their cheerful greetings, they are always so helpful and it was always so nice that they take time to get to know their clients personally and take time to chat with them. i really liked that our room is always cleaned with fresh daily towels and the triple room we got was spacious and has a gorgeous looking balcony overlooking the streets. there are nice boulangeries close by and the french bistro in the corner of St. Ferdinand serves wonderful food.

the lock of the rooms are old fashioned keys and we need to surrender them and pick them up from the front desk everytime we had to go out. though the balcony looks great, it was facing the street and the noise insulation was not that great, which should be considered by light sleepers.

I was in town for a conference at the nearby Palais des Congres, and thought this would be a nicer (and cheaper) alternative to the giant hotel. I was right - this was a great find. The room was spacious (we had a balcony, too, which was nice) and comfortable, and the location is terrific: three minute walk to metro and RER, and there are several cafes and a bakery just down the street. The staff was very friendly, and even helped me out when I showed up unexpectedly early for my room. Very close to Arc de Triomphe and its major metro hub, too, so if you are comfortable with the metros it is easy to get anywhere you want to go. I would stay here again even if I don't have a connference down the street!

Not a complaint, but be aware that you will need to haul your luggage up some stairs, as the elevator opens onto mezzanine levels in between the floors when the rooms are located.

Very nice atmosphere, clean, neat and calm. Staff are extremely professional and nice, you feel at home in this hotel location is great as it is walking distance to the exhibition

elevator is too small and doesn't access directly the floors, you will have to use the stairs to reach your floor, not practical if you have a big bag.

The two single beds were a little bit uncomfortable, but the double bed was large and comfortable.We were four people in the room.

The rooms are clean, noise-free and spacious enough. The hotel is close to the metro station and the bus stop for Bouveais airport, which was extremely useful for us. The staff is very friendly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. It happened that the elevator was not working, which is obviously a rarity and a coincidence. The hotel staff helped us with our luggage and did everything to ensure that it did not affect our stay.

Staffs were very welcoming and warm. The location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to famous arc de triomphe Lots of restaurants are around 2 minutes walk to the nearest RER (line C) and metro station (Neuilly - Porte Maillot) from where you can get to the eiffel tower in 15 minutes

Marvelous staff. It was like having a “Paris Resident Experience” living in a neighborhood of good restaurants frequented by locals and neighbors with grocery stores, fruit stores and laundromat.

Old style hair dryer attached to the wall that is equivalent to 500 watt dryer. No roaming taxis which encouraged us to learn how to use the Metro.
