Great attention to detail. Cottages were cozy and very comfortable. Absolutely recommend the frittatas. Delicious! If we stay in Little Rock again, this would be our first choice.

The tub maybe had not been used in awhile. Although it was clean, when jets were turned on there was black stuff that continued to emit while attempting to use it. After the 3rd attempt on day two, we just ceased our attempts and used the shower only. It was at no fault of the BB. It happens when they sit and we understand that.

The cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. The host was able to accommodate my request for an early check-in. She recommended local areas of interest such as the Art Museum and the SoMa district. I would definitely stay here again.

Supply bug spray - the mosquitoes are bad. To enjoy the outdoor space, it's needed. Or provide a warning to pack some.

We loved this charming, comfortable cottage in a nice location -- and the breakfast was such a treat! We had delicious frittatas, croissants, and yogurt parfaits. It was there waiting for us when we arrived with easy directions on reheating. And the kind innkeeper, Stacie, stopped by mid-day the next day to bring our breakfast for the following day. We all appreciated this wonderful amenity.

Urban cottage provided everything we needed on a girls trip to Luttle Rock , Arkansas. Our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable and provided us with information about the area. An added bonus was breakfast provided . Great care was taken to make you feel at home ! Would definitely recommend this property convenient to all downtown activities! Thank you!

The home had everything that was needed and was very clean, cute and cozy. Great sheets and pillows. Very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice.

The living area was a little warm during the day. I'm not sure there was an A/C in that room but the bedroom was nice and cool.

The location is great! It’s a quick drive to the Soma District and within 10 minutes of everything. The property is super cute and I loved the living area with the patio doors overlooking a beautiful courtyard.

I would add a footstool in the living area for the loveseat.

Really can’t say much about what we didn’t like because we truly enjoyed our stay. Maybe more creamer, and extra makeup remover towels. We had a group of girls and one towel! 😂

Nice house with 2 rooms which had everything one could need during our stay. The property is in very nice neighborhood among typical local houses, in the very central location. The host was helpful even though we arrived quite late night, she has brought the breakfast for the next morning for us.

I wanted to treat my wife to a stay at a really nice historic home. She loved it. Everything about it was beautiful & the amenities were beyond our expectations, from the breakfast to the ultra-soft robes. Considering the size, charm and near downtown location, the price was incredibly reasonable, less than we would have paid for a nearby hotel room less than half the size.

Everything was perfect! The house is clean, spacious, and charming. The cookware is in good condition, the towels are thick and fluffy, and the beds/ pillows are very comfy. There's a nice sized yard perfect for chatting and relaxing. I really enjoyed our stay!
