An excellent option for an airport stay in Nairobi. We were landing late and getting picked up early for safari so staying here meant no need to travel into town. It's a perfect option for an airport layover as it's super close to the airport with a free shuttle (however see below). Rooms are huge, with a nice bathroom. The gym is also good, and the food was excellent (both breakfast and dinner). Staff were very nice and friendly.

The free shuttle in principle is a good option. When we landed it was great to be met at the airport and taken to the hotel very quickly. However, when going back from the hotel to the airport we were informed the shuttle only runs once per hour...not a frequent service.

Transportation from the airport to the hotel was fast and efficient, with security checks upon arrival at the hotel - which made us feel secure. We arrived late at night, but were still able to order delicious room service meals. In the morning, we were able to eat at the restaurant for breakfast - and the meal was well provisioned and delicious.

In the morning, while we were getting ready for breakfast (we were fully dressed), a maid entered the room without knocking or announcing herself. She was very friendly, and immediately excused herself, but there was no door tag we could have used to ask for privacy.

Location at airport is fantastic especially when arriving and departing late in the night on an international flight. Also great that there is a shuttle to/from the airport. The bar/lounge area is fabulous to have a drink while waiting to be dropped off at terminal or to just chill. Breakfast buffet is great - lots to choose from. Great hotel to arrive at and to depart from --I always stay here when arriving and on the way out on my international flights --it's very convenient and hustle free and gives me time to regroup!!

Abit on the expensive side - but worth it if in transit and if you don't want to be hustled on arrival or on departure.

The airport shuttle facility was very good and our overall customer service experience at the hotel was excellent. Our room was comfortable and the hotel staff were all very professional, polite, friendly, helpful and hospitable. The location of the hotel close to the airport terminal building but yet not affected by airport traffic made it ideal.

The communication between front desk reception staff and the dining facilities staff about the prepayment of our breakfast could have been better. We were not informed at the beginning about the electronic button to request that the room be cleaned or how to display the 'Do not Disturb' notice.

I loved that the location was inside the airport for transit which made transiting easier. The place was beautifully decorated and very tranquil. A place to relax and unwind after a flight and waiting for the next flight. The food was stunning and wine selection fabulous. Joeseph at reception was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall a great experience and I would not chose another hotel in the future and plan to travel thru Nairobi regularly.

Everything was perfect. I had forgotten my toothbrush and they provide one in the room and also I did not have a cable for my lap top and they arranged for one with the right plug. I loved the beautiful flower arrangements everywhere.

Excellent free shuttle service, which leaves the airport and hotel on the hour. Takes about 10 minutes to and from the hotel to the airport Rooms are excellent, nice and large and very comfortable Friendly and efficient check in and check out process Ordered Room Service and the food was fantastic, about the best fries and Masala Chai I have ever had. The service was also top notch and the prices very reasonable. They have a very nice menu. Left too early, to try the Breakfast.

Nothing, only wish I had had more time to experience the Hotel and visit the Spa.

the staff at the reception were very friendly and keen to make my stay as comfortable as they could. I also had Indian food at the 24hr cafe, which was quite nice. The bed was comfortable, the space clean, and an addition I would recommend is a weighing scale in the bathroom.

There was a communication break down regarding my Airport pickup which took longer than anticipated as ended up waiting for almost an hour and later found an alternative arrangement to get to the hotel. the airport drop off however worked quite well, as they have shuttles leaving the hotel every hour, which is quite nice when you are in transit.

very comfortable beds, mini fridge in room, good room service & excellent food. Super kind and helpful staff. Drinks were on point, great bartender. Pool area looked nice but we didn’t swim. There’s a small grocery store just outside hotel and a big grocery store about 15 mins away if you need to stock up. VERY secure. They have a gate around the property so no one can even drive in without getting questioned and have the car searched by security. The area looks sketchy, but I have no idea. However the hotel felt very nice and secure and comfortable. Would very much recommend. Very close to the airport which we needed.

Meh on the wifi - hardly worked. Not hotels fault but their tvs were cutting out at the bar & people were getting angry cuz the Olympics were on.

Expensive, a little sterile. The rooftop pool area is very small and lacks green space, not cozy. The hotel doesn’t have a garden. For transit it is extremely convenient but also very expensive. Paid 200 USD for a 10h stay, and breakfast was not even included in the price. Next time I will chose a different hotel, there are many others in the area with better price-quality ratio.

Great location in the airport especially if in transit and don't have much business in the city. Great that they offer shuttle from terminal to hotel to pick you up. I've always stayed here on arrival and on departure and the hotel has for sure improved since last couple of times when I stayed there. It's quiet and you don't hear the planes --for a hotel at the airport. Most of the airline crew also stay here. Staff seemed more friendly and the room was better than last time and place has been well-kept. Wifi works perfectly - great selection on breakfast buffet. Also checked out the bar lounge with friends & family and it was great to have a place to unwind and have a drink & snacks. Will for sure stay here again.
