Quaint little town house in Olbia beside the train station Terranova. Also easily accessible with bus numbers 2 or 10 from the airport. Good communication with owners both on phone on late arrival & face to face the next day. I had the red door room! Very bright and airy and with shutters/air-conditioning. Tea/coffee and breakfast material in room. Refrigerator too. Washing machine and microwave in common area with a cute terrasse out back to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Enjoyed my short stay!

Easily accessible, quiet area, good location with stores close by, breakfast bar was great and located just around the corner (quite literally) less than 30 seconds walk and had good food and drinks and was an actual cafeteria, Transport options for numerous beaches and towns are just around the corner.

We felt the room was a little outdated but not uncomfortable, it just needed some touch ups and we felt the price was a little over for what we got but as it was August we understand it's high season for tourism.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Useful to have a kettle and a fridge, as well as some breakfast food provided. Very friendly and helpful host who was happy to store my bags for the day. Good location for bus to the airport and five minutes walk from Olbia Terranova train station. Also very close to the old town and the shops.

The location was very convenient for connecting buses to the airport and ferry port - the stops were just a minute or two's walk from the B&B. It is about a five minute walk to get into the centre of the town. Friendly check in. Large, clean bedroom with air conditioning, and a clean, well appointed bathroom with some toiletries which could be used. Free, cold bottled water is available from the communal water fridge.

The breakfast voucher was to take to a cafe about a minute's walk away in exchange for a coffee and pastry. The selection was ok but didn't offer much choice if you didn't want a pastry.

the host was immediatly responsive after the booking, and was kind and helpful. in that moment i needed that, after having another booking cancel after I'd confirmed. He offered support and advised me on where to eat, and I really appreciated that. i was able to park right in front of the building also!

My stay went really well. Martina was very attentive, always available to explain everything, answer any questions, and make sure everything was going smoothly. The room was lovely, and the breakfast basket was a nice touch Thank you so much, Martina.

We book the room 1 day before arrival, communication was really great through booking or whatsapp. It is a nice small place really close to city center. The voucher for breakfast could be used in a nice coffee shop that opens at 6am. We were satisfied, as we only come to rest after a long day trips in Sardegna.

The furniture was little bit old, but nothing serious.

The location was great for buses, the train station and also only 5-10 minute walk into town. The hosts were really lovely, friendly, and helpful. The beds were really comfortable and it was very clean. The price was fabulous!

The room was small, but ok for a short stay.

Wonderful property and facilities in room. Came back to stay for another night. Great location close to the airport and host Martina was incredibly accommodating and helpful for my stay. Couldn’t recommend more!
