The location of the Hotel. Big rooms. Almost all aminities were provided. A/c was good. Room was quite big and had a good view. There was hot water in the bathroom 24 Hrs. Breakfast was good.

There was no soap in the bathroom. Not all people like shower gel. TV didn't even have free channels. So it didn't be of any use. The mug in the bathroom is damaged. When we had booked for 3 adults, only 2 towels and 2 cofffee mugs were made available in the room. The coffee table's surface is all scraped in the edges. This needs to be repaired.

I really enjoyed the stay at Akshaya Mahal Inn. The ambience in the room was very nice, good view of the mall opposite and nature in the distance, bathroom was well equipped and excellent, service was very good as well. Even the dining hall was spacious and had a beautiful view of trees with flowers. We tried one dish (veg fried rice) during our very short stay and that was very good too.

- The card for one room was not functioning well. - The furniture in the rooms could be maintained to be in better conditions. - The bathroom mat in one room was not available.

The food was delicious and not too spicy, not too bland, just perfect and healthy! We were impressed with their complementary breakfast which served a range of dishes and was very sumptuous. The hotel is located very close to most of the tourist spots in Mysore. Room service too, was prompt and they attended to every single request we made. We were two families for the Mysore trip and fortunately, our rooms were opposite to each other.

The windows in the rooms are probably permanently closed, with no chance of opening. The A/C in the room took a bit longer to cool and on one of the days, the A/C went off early morning, and there wasn't any fan. In such a case, guests could be allowed to open the windows for natural ventilation. Some people prefer the cool natural breeze rather than having the A/C on all night, which is also not sustainable. However, we did receive a portable fan on request.

Food is the top pick, and then overall staff behaviour and generosity. Very nicely maintained decorum. Location is great, lot of parking available.

Only negative point, I would give is about queen size bed in super deluxe room. On website, it is said that bed is king size and we have made conscious choice of booking this category as we have 7 years old kid with us. But got disappointed for a while, Reception informed me that Booking.com has been told to update size is all queen but website didn't reflect. Still, the best part is I got extra bedding with no extra charge. So, no worries.

cleanliness is maintained . food is neatly cooked and tasty rooms are quite big and comfortable location is at the centre of the city good facilities and feels like home all rooms are air conditioned bathrooms were so clean room service (cleaning) is available everyday.

I wish there was laundry facilities staff could be much more friendly….I felt they r too shy and silent….instead they should be very open minded and speak boldly to the visitors . for the money they charge…they should have given atleast 2 litres of water per day (now they gave only 1 litre)

Akshaya Mahal is located near all the tourists spots in Mysore. Rooms are good and clean, There is a veg Restaurant available in the Hotel - Complimentary breakfast provided in the hotel is good. Nice stay for the Family trip

Suggestion - Dinner Menu Needs changes - Hotel provides only Chinese and North dishes in the Dinner, It would be great if they provide South Indian dishes as well, Since all the people from different regions are visiting here this would be really helpful.

The location, was very close to all famous tourist spots, The stay was very comfortable, The room was spacious, The staff and services were good .

The complimentary breakfast in the morning should have been better, especially with varieties of menus and a fan in the room is necessary, in my opinion. A room kit was provided only on request,

Co-operative staff. The hotel was very clean. Stay was comfortable.

i) Breakfast should have more items. No North Indian item was served in breakfast. Amongst all the hotel booking I did before with complementary breakfast, during this stay only I got breakfast with very limited options /items ii) TC didn't work in the room and the staff couldn't fix that.

Overall a great stay at a friendly budget. This was my second stay at Akshay Mahal in Mysore. Highly recommended for all

The breakfast options have reduced from my earlier stay. We had breakfast 4 days and everyday it was the same. The overall food quality is good but need to swap few menu items everyday.

We had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. This is a budget hotel that gives you a premium experience. Most of the tourist destinations are quite nearby which makes it even more appealing. The staff are very friendly, and food served in the vegetarian hotel is also sumptuous.

The menu of the buffet arranged for breakfast could be altered. I stayed in the hotel for two days and on both days the menu was almost the same, though with minor differences.
