The staff were very cordial and helpful. The location is very good.

The toilet uses recycled water which is a good initiative in sustaibility. But we found that there was a certain foul smell whenever the flush was used. Changing rooms also did not solve the issue. The hotel staff were very forthcoming to listen to our concerns. But I guess the water system in the toilets needs to be checked once.

We payed for deluxe room INR 2000/- for this price the facilities are provided was perfect As location front of nexus mall And room is specious and neat And have decent breakfast buffet

We asked for 1 hour late check out they didn’t agree And staff behavior need to be improved And they parking is very congested

The location of the Hotel. Big rooms. Almost all aminities were provided. A/c was good. Room was quite big and had a good view. There was hot water in the bathroom 24 Hrs. Breakfast was good.

There was no soap in the bathroom. Not all people like shower gel. TV didn't even have free channels. So it didn't be of any use. The mug in the bathroom is damaged. When we had booked for 3 adults, only 2 towels and 2 cofffee mugs were made available in the room. The coffee table's surface is all scraped in the edges. This needs to be repaired.

It was an excellent experience. Location, Cleanliness, size of the room, Breakfast, staff behaviors everything was above my expectations. This is my 2nd stay in this Hotel and I have decided to stay in this same Hotel for my next month visit as well.

Everything was superb, especially the sunrise view from 3rd floor was fantastic. I used to watch the beauty of sunrise from my room every day. Rooms are very neat and clean.

I really enjoyed the stay at Akshaya Mahal Inn. The ambience in the room was very nice, good view of the mall opposite and nature in the distance, bathroom was well equipped and excellent, service was very good as well. Even the dining hall was spacious and had a beautiful view of trees with flowers. We tried one dish (veg fried rice) during our very short stay and that was very good too.

- The card for one room was not functioning well. - The furniture in the rooms could be maintained to be in better conditions. - The bathroom mat in one room was not available.

The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The location is good with Nexus Mall behind the hotel was a plus point. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Only suggest keeping tea/coffee without sugar. (Sugar can be kept on the side)

Some construction work near the car exit area, piled up mud and rocks were not cleared, due to which it was not possible to remove the car. Also wasting 3 buckets of water to get hot water was also time waste and water waste.

Breakfast area was maintained with hygiene and other basic precautions. Though limited to bread, butter and jam for those who look for food other than South Indian vegetarian, quality is good. Well located for easy accessibility to major places like the Mysore palace, Chamundeswari temple etc.,

Quality of pillows could be better.

The staff was very helpful, being a single female traveller they helped me get a good auto person who took me around to various places around the city. Very safe and nice man, reach out for his details to the lobby manager. He is from the hotel. My stay was comfortable, except the ac was not functioning in my previous room, I was however changed in a few hours of the same. The food was decent and I'll definetly go back and stay there.

The food was delicious and not too spicy, not too bland, just perfect and healthy! We were impressed with their complementary breakfast which served a range of dishes and was very sumptuous. The hotel is located very close to most of the tourist spots in Mysore. Room service too, was prompt and they attended to every single request we made. We were two families for the Mysore trip and fortunately, our rooms were opposite to each other.

The windows in the rooms are probably permanently closed, with no chance of opening. The A/C in the room took a bit longer to cool and on one of the days, the A/C went off early morning, and there wasn't any fan. In such a case, guests could be allowed to open the windows for natural ventilation. Some people prefer the cool natural breeze rather than having the A/C on all night, which is also not sustainable. However, we did receive a portable fan on request.

Food is the top pick, and then overall staff behaviour and generosity. Very nicely maintained decorum. Location is great, lot of parking available.

Only negative point, I would give is about queen size bed in super deluxe room. On website, it is said that bed is king size and we have made conscious choice of booking this category as we have 7 years old kid with us. But got disappointed for a while, Reception informed me that Booking.com has been told to update size is all queen but website didn't reflect. Still, the best part is I got extra bedding with no extra charge. So, no worries.
