We stay here every summer for a few days while visiting Athens and family in Kifissia. It's a peaceful retreat offering amply sized, clean and comfortable rooms, bathrooms and beds. The combination of mattress, pillows, blackout curtains and powerful A/C guarantees a good night's sleep. The hotel offers a variety of tasty, high quality breakfast options that are replenished continuously, with extended breakfast hours and a spacious seating area to accommodate all hotel guests. We even ate dinner here a couple of times and everything was freshly prepared and delicious! There is plenty of street parking close to the hotel for your rental car. If you don't have a car, the hotel is located in a quiet and very safe residential neighborhood so you can easily walk to the nearby KAT metro/train station at any time of the day/night. Great wi-fi connection, large balconies with table/chairs, and 24-hour front desk access are also notable details available here. We look forward to our visit again next summer!

We love this hotel. We did notice that they no longer offer guests the complimentary slippers and sachets at check-in. And the made to order omelet option at breakfast is no longer promoted. If this hotel had a swimming pool, it would be a perfect 10!

I had a very beautiful stay at Coco-Mat Hotel Nafsika. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms featured a beautiful, eco-friendly design. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Kifisia, offering a peaceful atmosphere that added to the experience. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, with a great selection. A pleasant bonus was the hotel’s restaurant — the food was delicious and perfect for when you want something nearby without compromising on quality. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay at Coco-Mat Hotel. The modern design creates a relaxing and calm atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food was absolutely fantastic—special mention to the scrambled eggs and the mushroom risotto, both of which were delicious. We also tried the hotel's own brand of rosé wine, and it paired perfectly with our dinner. The staff were incredible—always polite, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Whether it was recommending local spots to visit, advising on the best transport options, or answering inquiries about the hotel, they were always there with a smile. A special thank you to Kostas, the front office manager, who truly made our experience exceptional. Our suite was spotless and incredibly spacious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and we can't wait to return!

The whole experience was one of complete relaxation, and calm, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable and valued. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole design of the hotel promotes a feeling of comfort and relaxation.The beds were amazing as you would expect of Cocomat, I just wish I could have stayed in it for longer. This hotel was perfect for my needs being ideally placed near to hospitals, the suburb of Kifisia is very beautiful and just a short stroll away is Agia Paraskevi Church where you can sit in the grounds and take shelter from the sun. I would definitely stop here again, it is a treat for the senses.

A little wear and tear such as the stained headboard but what busy hotel doesn't show signs of use. The location was not an issue for me, however to get to shops and bars, a taxi is recommended.

The staff at the hotel were really wonderfully helpful, which I really appreciated, esp as I was travelling alone with my dog, and had had my flight cancelled. The hotel itself is a gem in a beautiful, leafy and quiet area. The food (I ordered room service) was fresh and delicious, and the room was airy, cool, calm and very relaxing. Beautiful grounds too. I will definitely return!

The bathroom had a sewage smell that went away once we started using the water. Still, going forward, this issue should be investigated and solved. Take into consideration that the city centre is 30 min away via metro. We knew that before booking the hotel, therefore it wasn't a problem for us, just trying to let other travelers know.

This hotel is situated in a calm neighbourhood of Athens, only a 20-30 minutes drive from the airport (depending on traffic). The architecture is modern design with lots of greenery. Very comfortable beds, restful sleep, a decent shower, a very good and tasty Greek breakfast, and above all: very attentive, friendly and helpful staff.

We had to climb a lot of stairs to reach our room (staff offered immediately help with suitcases) and during nighttime we had to go down a stairway to use the toilet.

Personnel are the stars in this hotel. Always with a smile, positive energy and willingness to help. Bravo to them. I trully hope they are paid accordingly. Room was very clean. Breakfast is authentically greek, homemade, and generous. And of course, cocomat products. Their quality is the reason why our bedroom at home are all cocomat.

No need for aircondition to be in that power in the common areas.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. Our room was excellent. We had the suite and it was very much appreciated.

The hotel is kept at too high a temperature. The thermostats in the reception and dining room was set at 27C. That is far too high to dine comfortably in. Luckily the manager turned it down after asking other guests. The following day is was turned to 25 C . Clearly there is a perception problem of temperature with the on duty staff. Not very “ sustainable.
