Perfect location, walking distance from the city centre, close to busses and caffes, clean and nice room and facilities.

The bed was really uncomfortable, there was a hole in the mattress, but the worst part was the noise coming from the other people who rented in the place. The main door was especially noisy as everybody coming and leaving was slamming it really hard. I really recommend having the closing system changed, the place is really really nice and it's too bad to have the experience spoiled by other people not knowing how to gently close a door in the middle of the night.

The room is large, with a comfy large bed, tv, nice if small bathroom with shower. AC is working nicely. The location is very convenient, just east of the city center within walking distance to many services, restaurants,... The room was quiet and well insulated despite being relatively close to a main road.

The apartment is within a palace where the owner has several similar flats, it was a bit tricky to find the correct room. To be fair, detailed info is provided but still a clearer numbering/naming of the rooms would have helped.

Room is clean, close to bus station and groceries. In a walking distance to inner city. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel got hacked several weeks before my stay and a few fraudulent emails/texts had been sent with correct reference to the booking information. I was tricked to pay to the scammer a fund worth for a 4 nights and this was a really bad experiences.

The staff was really nice with us, even when there was a little bit of a language barrier , they made an effort to ensure we were understanding everything. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen was also clean, available for us, and again, with important tools that allowed us to make some meals there. The location was great, 25/30min walking to the central station, and next to bus stops, that allowed us to easily go to any point of the city in 5 /10min . Next to shops and coffee places as well

The building has an elevator but slightly tight , nothing the B&B can do, but something to have into consideration. Regarding the kitchen, the only thing missing was a microwave to facilitate, but there was a stove.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The wifi was strong. The room is within walking distance of the center. I arrived by train and then took a bus to the location. The bus stop was very close to the property. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. When I texted the number she gave me with a question they were quick to respond.

The only difficulty I had when I arrived was that I didn't know how to alert the staff I was downstairs at the front door. I either missed that part of the instructions or they didn't list it. You had to buzz the correct button at the entrance and then they buzz you in.

The B&B was situated in a fantastic location on a residential area but within walking distance to the city center (around 15 to 20 min walking). The room was very clean and included great wifi and air conditioner. Sandra received us and checked us in all while being very professional and nice, offering us all the information needed even in the case we lost the key to the room. When we arrived at our bedroom we noticed the blinders weren't functioning but after reporting it to her, she quickly called a colleague to fix it and within an hour the problem was solved. Highly recommend this B&B for anyone staying in Bologna.

The property was very close to the centre, no more than a 15 min walk there but it also had lots of restaurants, grocery stores and takeaways very close by. There was a shared kitchen next to our room which was really helpful. Room was a good, comfortable size. Replies were very quick on WhatsApp

It could be really noisy early in the morning since we could hear the cleaners and other guests going in and out of the apartment

The couple you in charge of the apartment were very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The apartment is recently renovated. The apartment was also very clean and bathroom did have good space. In the nearby there are lot of bus-stops to take you to central parts of Bologna. You can also find lot of good restaurants nearby and a foodstore is in 5 minutes walking distance.

It was so warm when we arrived, felt very cosy. Very responsive host Close to the city center and a Carrefour express Quite area, you can have a great sleep, at least until the cleaning starts in the rest of the appartments (around 9am) Free tea

The toilet lid was yellowish. clean but very stained of pee, I guess. You could make a coffee, but it costs 1 euro, and we never had 1 euro coins in the morning, maybe another payment method will work, or make it free 😊

location was convenient for me, little studio facilities all in working order. shower a bit small but very good power. clean towels and linen. was able to use washing machine and dryer for a fee which, while more expensive than a local lavanderia, was more convenient and didn’t need to stay and wait. Staff were all lovely and check in very easy.

bed was not the most comfortable, and with room facing main road, there was a lot of traffic noise early in the morning. the wifi was also a bit patchy, probably due to many guests trying to use it at once, but not the worst.
