Location was good as we wanted to be in the Fennimore business district. Room was nice enough and I really like the shared beverage station. We never aw any hotel staff but check-in and check-out by phone was easy. If i ever get to Fennimore again I will stay here again but will be certain to get a room away from the street.

We rented a Basic King room which in hindsight was a mistake. The room was right on the main street and traffic noise was considerable. I believe the slightly more expensive rooms were on the side hallways away from the street. I wish when I spoke to the hotel staff and rented the room that they had mentioned that te basic were noisy. The shared beverage station had earplugs available so that pretty well speaks to the noise in those front rooms.

We have stayed here now 3 times & we absolutely love this hotel. The historic feel, the things to explore, the friendly staff, all around a WONDERFUL place to stay the night. We love that they say specifically you can explore, we have found new things each time! There’s a room we want to stay in that we haven’t yet, so I know we will be back! If you’re staying in Fennimore, stay at The Fenway House Hotel!

Not very many food options

We loved the old fashioned feel yet the comforts of a modern hotel ( refrigerator, microwave, hot tub) and the bed was so comfortable!

I understood they didn’t have breakfast before I booked, but it would be nice if they offered something.

We had the opportunity to take a couple of nights to break from family and obligations and thought small town Wisconsin was a nice change. We weren't disappointed. The price was right. The facilities were super clean, welcoming, and sufficient (our room was nicer than the pictures showed). The staff was great. It was quiet and a pleasant drive from a number of places we explored and enjoyed. If we ever have a reason to be back this way, we would definitely stay again.

A few hooks or towel bars in the bathroom would have been helpful.

Beautiful little place and a small town. I thought the place was beautiful well worth what its value was. Only about 15 min away from a real nice restaurant/bowling alley and 40 from the house on the rock

Jacuzzi hot tub was in my room! Easy walk to downtown and food! Erica is super kind and nice! I really like this history of this hotel and if you take a stroll around you can picture what it was like to have a meal and a drink here. This hotel has the top 5 best beds I've ever slept in. I love pillows so much...they must have known I was coming! Coffee bar is self serve...I love it!

Very clean & quiet, comfortable bed. Kind of has a bed & breakfast feel to it. Beautiful historical place! Great place for a wedding, event, etc! Quaint, quiet little town. Cafe, ice cream parlor, & coffee shop right next door. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful History to this property. The staff was great and I was very happy to learn more about the history. We got the king suite with whirlpool tub. It was perfect and at a fantastic price. They had a variety of rooms and even an awesome setup if you have a large group.

It would have been nice if there was a good family restaurant close to the hotel but I'm not discrediting the Fenway hotel for this as it is not their fault. There were multiple places that are well within walking distance.

Their grab and go breakfast was pretty great ! They have real toilet paper. The rooms were generous size and the staff was exceptional ! Will probably make this an annual trip. And the location was prime for me walking around town.

Some of the furnishings were a bit dated. But mostly it fit the style of the hotel. All rooms are upstairs Nc there’s no elevator so might not be so good for everyone. But there really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The property was amazing! It was clean, well maintained, and offered an amazing historical flair. The amenities in our room were a wonderful touch! Comfortable bed, relaxing hot tub, and the sitting area with tv were a few highlights! If you’re ever in the area The Fenway House is a must!!!
