My sister and I came on a trip down memory lane because as children we lived opposite what used to be the Germania Brewery. We were curious of how it was redeveloped so decided to stay at The Factory Hotel and we weren’t disappointed! We loved how the history of the old buildings have been preserved and integrated with the new. It’s a lovely place to stay, we really enjoyed it and the complex with its shops and restaurants is a lovely place to explore!

There was nothing that disappointed us!

The hotel is great and very unique as it's converted from an actual factory. Everything is new and modern. The bathroom was pretty, the room was functional. Bike rental is possible, but you can get to the city easily by bus, too. The bar/brasserie was cute and perfect to start our day with a coffee (we didn't order breakfast). The reception and specially Nina was amazing, very attentive: we are usually pretty independent but had difficulty to find an emergency pharmacy- they helped us to find it. There are some restaurants around the hotel so even if you haven't had dinner in the city center, you can do so next to the hotel.

The bed was (I think) too soft so caused a bit of back pain (4 nights).

Great fun this hotel. I really liked the clever way the old brewery had been used to keep so much of the old industrial look, particularly as you walk along the internal/externalised walkways to your room, passing by the old brick, iron and portruding (safe) wires and great glass louvred windows of the oiriginal building around you. Truly an industrial cathedral. The rooms comes as a great surprise where suddenly finding yourself in lovely, luxurious bedroom with super bathroom, but following a bit of that industrial feel. This kind of contrast was used in very clever ways throughout the hotel and 5 stars for such an imaginative repurposing of this wonderful heritage building. I should also add that this hotel is good value too, which always helps!

Actually nothing. It was all good.

Interesting building. The room was spacious as had booked executive suite and so it had a lounge area as well, however it was sparsely decorated and felt a bit bare and uninviting. The bed was comfy and large and there was an abundance of pillows!

Disappointed with the tea and coffee making facilities as advertised. There was just a coffee machine with 1 capsule provided (had to ask for more) with paper cups. There was no tea provided. The sliding window in the room did not seem to shut properly and we could hear the wind whistling all night. We did not have breakfast and so can not comment on this.

Good room and bathroom, together with comprehensive breakfast buffet. Easy parking and easy to find. 20 minute walk into old town. Staff very helpful with a problem we had.

Sadly one of us had a nasty fall, which necessitated hospital treatment. Clearly in no way the fault of the hotel, but equally it did mar our visit to Munster. St Franzicus Hospital in Munster was excellent.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the suite was very big, a lot of space.

It was very warm in the room, and we were not quite sure how to lower the temperature. Also there was no fridge in the room, which was really a pity because of how warm it was, we would have liked cold drinks.

We loved the industrial feel of the hotel, it was quirky yet not over the top. The suite we had was spacious clean and warm. The restaurant around the hotel were excellent and the location was a flat 20 minute walk into the centre

Spacious rooms, hotel into an old factory refurbished, cool building, good breakfast, sorrounded by bars and restaurants (the one in the hotel, Dadi, is good although a bit expensive)

Balcony a bit dirty, spiderwebs. Toilet bowl also a bit yellowish. However all fine, no big matters.

We booked 5 rooms and asked for having them close to eachother. That wish was granted. Also the breakfast was very nice and well taken care of! Also the location of the hotel is very easy to reach from the main highway.

This is a bit of a personal thing, the beds were too hard for some of us but other liked it very well.

A modern designed, spacious, simple yet very cozy hotel room. Cleanliness was top, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, thus I will choose this hotel again for my future business trips in Münster. The city centre is around 2,5 - 3 km away, but after a 4 hour drive the 15 - 20 minutes walk to the centre is more than welcome.
