An extremely picturesque space in a perfect location if you want to be close to Khaosan Road but not on top of it. Chomkare and all the staff were so lovely and accommodated us with anything we needed - including an airport taxi from COTC to BKK airport. They also organised a birthday present with my Dad in England for my husband during our stay, aswell as offering their own little gift! Gorgeous little coffee shop as you enter. Very instagrammable . . . Thank you again Chomkare for everything - we will be back!!!! <3

A beautiful room in a very good location close to Khao San Road. The decor is amazing, very quirky and interesting. The bed is extremely comfortable and bathroom clean. Cindy, at reception, was lovely - as was Asma. A convenience store around the corner was great as well.

The first night was not great as the occupants in the room above us were extremely 'active'. One could hear every sound of furniture being moved around, toilet flushing, cupboards banging..... The room is not very soundproof. That all changed when we were moved to the top floor (which we unfortunately add to pay extra for). Perhaps look at soundproofing / re-inforcing the floors.

Very friendly reception that was always willing to answer any question. Wide and tasty breakfast options. Beautiful place to stay with great location.

Staying at the central old town cottage was amazing and calm. The location is central. In a few minutes by foot you are already at famous places in the old city of bangkok. In front of the cottage you also have a great restaurant if you don’t want to walk at all. The decoration of the room and the cafe of the cottage has a lot of charm and is definitly made with a lot of love. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and always helpful. We will definitly come back!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The lobby is a cute café, and the room we were in has an awesome book theme, with books on the wall and as lamp fixtures! It also has a really cozy feel with a lot of wood on the walls and furniture, and a mezzanine with a little ready nook. It has a tiny balcony that's covered in plants. It's really central, only 5 mins away from Khao San road which is open all night, and a walk or a short grab ride to all the central Bangkok attractions. To top it off all the staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful, and they provided an extensive list and map of things to do around Bangkok.

Amazing stay in the Suite with Private Terrace! My partner and I were craving for a bit of comfort after travelling for a couple of months and we were more than happy there; easily could’ve stayed a couple of extra nights. Great location: central while giving the feeling of a quiet escape from buzzing Bangkok. The staff was extremely nice, spoke great english, made us feel welcome. The room was a dream: comfortable bed, super clean, great & spacious bathroom. The cherry on the cake? The balcony that feels very private and features a bathtub. Everything well designed for functionality as well as feeling comfortable and safe.

We really enjoyed the location… close to all the major sites in the old town of Bangkok. The space has a very unique style, was comfortable and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Loved it 😍

Nothing to do with the hotel at all …more to do with other Guests in the hotel. The building is older and converted into a boutique hotel👍 when you are staying on the upper floors, maybe take shoes off in the suite and do not roll your suitcase along floor especially late at night or early morning. It is not a cement building… just a FYI to future guests 😁🙏

Great location in the old town, walking distance to many of the attractions in Bangkok. Air conditioning was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the Cottage at 9am due to the flight times, but instead of waiting until 2pm for normal check-in time, we were given some free refreshments while they prepared our room, so we were in it by 9.40am, which was a great blessing after our long journey from Manchester Airport. Our accommodation was small but beautifully formed, although the stairs may be difficult for elderly guests. For us, it was just perfect, and the bed was very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend

Beautifully furnished - i felt like moved back in time Super attentive staff Super location - just off khaosan road - exatly what we needed for last night in bkk:) Kids loved the antresoles we had in our room, with projector and netflix (though the stairs/ladders were quite steep!)

Our room was super small - for 5 person it was impossiible to open all luggage at the the same time There was no window on the ground floor - just in the bathroom and a think a small one in the antresole - but for a one night sleepover it didn’t bother us much

The ambiance and the way the hotel is decorated is superb. Because it is a small hotel, with only 5 rooms it also makes it very nice. They have taught of every little detail. The breakfast was amazing and it is a big breakfast. The location is very nice and convenient.

There is only one little thing: there was a funny smell in our room, but that is maybe due to that there is only a window in the bathroom that you can open. This also makes that there is not much natural light in the room.
