The property was spotless clean and very elegant, furniture seemed new and crisp, the couch was wonderful, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, all linens clean and nice, the kitchen nicely appointed (everything you needed, plates, utensils, paper towels, bowls, cups, glasses, big coffee pack, couple mineral water bottles, trash bags, etc., etc.), the washing machine and dryer seemed brand new and even detergent was provided for use, the heating and cooling were easily adjustable and worked perfectly, and the Dharma Staff was available via phone or WhatsApp at anytime with immediate responses provided. Add to that that the pricing for the days we booked was better than any other places or hotels in the area. Also, this property has a wonderful location being super-close to Trader Joe, the Hoboken 14th St ferry, great coffeeshops and cake shops around (such as Paris Baguette!) and wonderful view of Manhattan Midtown from the room!

The location was excellent and only 10 minutes walk from my program location in Weehawken. The bus stop to the Port Authority Bus Terminal near Times Square in NYC was only 4 minutes walk from the apartment, and the journey to the Bus Terminal was about 10 minutes only. Proximity to Traders Market and Urban Market was really close. In all, I had an excellent experience through out.

Plenty of space, our room on the top floor had fantastic views across to Manhattan. A 15 minute walk to the ferry which went to mid town.

A small thing, the sheets felt a bit old and tired.

Everything was very good or perfect. Near bus stop and a good supermarket (Trader Joe's). Clean and tidy rooms, well equiped kitchen. 9/10 at least.

One very small drawback was localisation outside of the New York subway area, but when you figure out how the buses work (and they work pretty well) it goes smoothly. I came from outside the US and got confused and a bit nervous on my first bus ride (in the middle of the night, after over 15 hour long trip from Europe) when I passed over my bus stop because didn't know I should pull the yellow string to request the bus to stop :)

Location was perfect, views of Manhattan are fabulous, the apartment was very comfortable, easy access, spacious, amenities were excellent. Trader joes around the corner so easy access to get food to cook in the apartment.

My daughter decided to stay with us last minute. I contacted the hosts and they kindly made up a really comfortable bed for no extra charge. We will 100% stay at this property again.

Good location in a quiet residential area. 10 mins walk to a 10 min ferry ride to 39th St on Manhattan. Place was very clean and well equipped. Much more than spacious than a stay on Manhattan. Communication good from host. Nice neighbourhood bar down the road and supermarket and restaurants near by. Recommend if you need to be in NJ or don't mind travelling across for Manhattan.

Property was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Great space for family of four with two teenagers. The city view was amazing. Hoboken is a cute little town with easy access to the city. A cute pub was right across the street. Trader Joe's was walking distance for grocery.

The area rug was a little warn. Honestly no major complaints.

Sounded like a significant additional charge to stay for an additional hour or two - Beyond 1100. I think this is unfair given the amount paid for 6 nights

Everything was just perfect. I booked this apartment for a manager who visited our business from Italy. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, and it was extremely clean. The customer service is excellent. I will definitely book again.

Very convenient self-check-in and checkout. Modern apartment equipped with all necessary amenities.

Getting the air conditioning to the desired temperature required constant tinkering with the Nest thermostat (it was too warm or too cold)
