High marks to the young couple running the hotel. We had our backpacks transported there rather than carrying them on a long, hot day. The host covered the cost out of his own pocket, which is above and beyond special. We were also greeted with a refreshing glass of tea when we arrived. The room was nice, with all the amenities you'd expect. The attached restaurant was very good; it seemed to be very popular, so be sure to make a reservation.

Our room overlooked the restaurant's outdoor eating area, which was sort of loud right up to closing time (around 10:30, I think). You may want to request a room on the other side. And I'm not sure if I'm remembering this correctly, but I think the church bells were active most of the night.

One of the most charming places we stayed at during our 2-week road trip. I felt like we'd stepped back in time to early 20th century France. Very clean and well-equipped room with extremely comfortable beds, tea- and coffee-making facilities, excellent bathroom with a lovely view of the quaint cafe outside, and very accommodating receptionist.

Hotel is situated in Corseaux, a village just above Vevey and 15min walk from the train station, 5min by taxi with also a bus stopping just in front. It's a beautiful place, a good hotel with surprisingly comfortable and modern rooms given the fact its an 16th century building! The restaurant is also great with great local cuisine.

Exceptional-historical property, had a mesmerizing stay! Very pleasant, clean and cozy rooms. The entire staff really takes great pride in setting standards for customer service, incredibly courteous, service prompt and highly proactive towards customers needs along with a warm and generous behaviour. The facilities were great, the food was toothsome, the food quality and aroma was par excellence with ethnic flavor. Light music added up life to the ambiance at the restaurant.

it was being externally decorated for most of our visit. Reception was opened erratically, yet there were no phones in the rooms

Accommodation is a little outside of Vevey - 20 minute walk into town but it was nice to get out of town into the tiny, peaceful, very pretty village. The team onsite were helpful and friendly and the food was excellent

Its in a village near Montreux. You would need to change 2 buses to reach station or single bus to Vevey station and catch a train.
