We had a fantastic stay here during our east coast road trip! One of the standout aspects was how much helpful information was provided about accessing the hotel and where to park – this was absolutely essential for us, and made arrival super easy. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a lovely young woman who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite clearly having finished her shift, she still took the time to check us in and make us feel welcome. She gave us great local recommendations, including a nearby pizza spot called Sassafras. She also let us know that breakfast was served downstairs from 7:30am, with a 5% discount for hotel guests. It ended up being my favourite breakfast of the entire trip – generous portions, delicious flavours, and a great start to the day. Our room was spacious, modern, and full of natural light. The bathroom was equally impressive – the shower had excellent pressure and temperature control, with plenty of space to move around. All in all, this was a fantastic stop on our journey, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone driving along the coast!

The staff was really friendly, attentive and polite, always smiling. The room was really clean, bed sheets clean, washed and white. Amenities maintained and clean. Food and drinks at the brewery was extremely good. We all highly recommend it, especially for families. Been going there for 3 years and will keep going. Yamba itself was safe and fun. Nice sleepy Beachside town with great food and very friendly, as well as a nice beach!

The staff were super friendly and when I advised them that I made a mistake booking the wrong room they were super accommodating and changed me over to a nicer room with a bathroom without even changing me extra. The location is also very nice.

Our original room with shared bathroom was not very nice but that was my fault for not reading all the details when booking. With a pregnant with and three year old, we definitely needed a room with a ensuite bathroom.

I was blown away by the quality of the accomodation. Everything was clean and beautiful. Most of the motels in town are not this nice. The staff were all amazing. So friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will be back!

By the time we left the bathrooms got a bit messy however there were a lot of women that used them in a very short space of time, so it was pretty understandable. Maybe a hamper for all the used towels could help to keep it tidier looking and maybe a staff member to do a quick sweep through every half hour would keep all the paper and other products on the floors in check? Just a suggestion!

The position is wonderful, smooth easy check in, I had great parking, the bar and food downstairs was a huge added bonus providing real character and memories. The shared bathroom was so clean and had everything you needed.

Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbour’s and the rooms can be a bit noisy. The rooms are very close together which means if you have inconsiderate people it’s a concern .

I liked that. It was central to everything and I could walk to the beach into the shops. I also liked how clean everything was and how quiet the place was at night… I loved the staff as they really made me feel wanted and were very friendly and made me feel comfortable as I was alone even when I was eating dinner.

The location was perfect in the Main Street for our 3 night stay. We arrived on a Tuesday so everything was open and we checked in at the check in room near the bar. The beds were comfortable enough. We loved the bar and restaurant and spent a lot of time there. It has a great vibe and is friendly. The meals are good value for money. We had lunch, dinner snd breakfast there on different days. The owners and staff are so friendly. After talking to the owners we loved their story of how they started and how they had to evolve after COVID. They really care about their staff!

The rooms are comfortable and good for a family. The place is located in the main street of the town within easy walking distance of cafes and the restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The brewery and cafe downstairs served amazing food and drinks. It was always full and lively.

The bathrooms and shower are down the hall. They were clean and available but you had to leave the room to use the facilities. It's ok for a short stay but I could see it becoming a problem if you stayed for a week.

Exceptional accommodation, facilities, location, staff. Outstanding value for money. Easy access, parking onsite, very helpful & friendly staff. Café downstairs with delicious reasonably priced food and drinks. Located right in the middle of the shopping street. Great cafes nearby. You can walk everywhere from the accommodation. A first class establishment. Congrats to the owners.

Nothing. It was superb.

Room were spacious and clean. The whole facility, bathrooms, toilets and showers clean and new. Staff was friendly, helpful and gave genuine recommendations for local life/activities. Location was just perfect.

Honestly nothing, but If I have to give a feedback I would put a mirror in the room (either small or big) to remove contact lens, make up ect instead of going to the bathroom.
