We’ve stayed in many 5* hotels around the world and typically avoid half board, as buffet-style dining can sometimes feel repetitive or lacking in quality. Not at NEMA. Every single meal was a testament to the chefs’ talent and dedication – beautifully prepared spreads that changed daily, keeping everything feeling fresh and exciting. The food here is on another level. All the staff at NEMA were genuinely exceptional. We normally spend a lot of time out exploring and don’t tend to connect too much with hotel staff – but here, we couldn’t help but feel warmly welcomed by everyone. You can tell the team truly enjoy working here – the positive energy throughout the hotel is infectious. Special thanks to Nikos on front of house – he went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special and helped with so many thoughtful touches. It really exceeded our expectations. Also a big thank you to Michalis, who couldn’t do enough for us – such a friendly and kind gentleman. And not forgetting the two Dutch ladies, Tessa and Femke, who were always smiling and happy to help – a real credit to the hotel. The rooms were spotless, the entire hotel immaculately maintained, and the location is fantastic – surrounded by equally friendly local businesses that reflect the hotel’s warm atmosphere. Overall, a lovely experience from start to finish – we’ll definitely be back next year. Highly recommend!

The stuff was amazing and kind and the service in general was excellent. The hotel facilities were spotless. Very clean and inviting.

Breakfast was not as rich as I'm used to in Greece 5 star hotels. Missing verify to cheeses , salads and dressing (beside olive oil). Only sliced vegetables.. noting sofisticated.

Every single day was super amazing, the staff was really helpful and very kind 🤍🤍 smiling all the time, caring and answering every question. The room service, the restaurants and the food was great too and so delicious 😋 the spa is another world experience 🤩

Our vacation lasted five nights. The hotel looks great, the staff is simply outstanding, all the hotel employees without exception treated us very well, the hotel is very clean, the rooms look really good. Strongly recommends

Pool is nice, staff is very nice, beach is accross the street, breakfast has many many options, location is very good (considering it is Analipsi and not Hersonissos or Heraklion) - the beach is in front, there's a supermarket on the side, taxi services and car rental are neighbors, nice restaurants around - overall - all good

Privacy - I did NOT understand why even when we have the "do not disturb" light on, staff would still knock on the door - 3 times a day - and ENTER THE ROOM if you did not respond. This is not really acceptable for a high-end hotel. This has happened several times and we were lucky to not be caught in privacy moments. Wifi is MEGA slow - my computer wouldn't even OPEN netflix. The external light cannot be turned off and it is in front of the window - bringing brightness into the room at night through the bathrom - a big no no Drinks were overpriced compared to the rest of the country :)

The standout feature was the amazing staff – warm, helpful, and always attentive, they really made the stay special. The amenities were top-notch, from the pool and beach access to the well-maintained shared spaces. The food was consistently good with plenty of variety, and the hotel itself was immaculately clean. We especially appreciated how easy it was to find available spots both at the beach and by the pool, which made relaxing that much easier.

Our room was quite small, which made it feel a bit cramped. We also experienced a mosquito issue at night, which impacted our sleep slightly. Lastly, while the beach was easily accessible, it was rocky in parts and not the most comfortable to walk or swim in.

Our stay at the hotel left a very positive impression. We especially want to highlight the excellent level of service: the staff was always polite, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. The room was cozy and clean, and any requests were fulfilled promptly. We also appreciated the small but important details, such as complimentary water and timely housekeeping. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values great care and quality service!

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was top-notch, from the service to the accommodations. We were completely satisfied and didn’t find a single flaw.

High standard hotel, beautiful designed rooms, lots of facilities. High-end amenities. The staff is the best, so friendly, helpful and genuine. They are the true 5-star experience. From the lobby staff to the cleaning to the poolstaff. They make you feel so welcome. Special thanks to the front desk staff and Soumi. She is always happy, cheerful, and so funny (the best asset for this hotel).I truly hope they are appreciated and rewarded for their qualities. You guys made our holliday.

Just a suggestion: as a general manager (NOT operating manager), when you walk into the breakfast room, don't correct the staff in front of the guests. It's unprofessional, rude, old style management and demotivating for otherwise perfect staff. There is no need to demonstrate your dominance.
