I had a fantastic experience at the Port O’ Call Motel. The rooms were incredibly clean and modern — everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear the team takes great pride in keeping the space spotless and comfortable. What really stood out was the excellent communication from the staff. From the moment I booked to the time I checked out, they were warm, helpful, and always quick to respond. You genuinely feel like a valued guest here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Port o Call. Whilst it is called a motel, Port o Call massively exceeds expectations for a motel. We stayed in unit 6 - a family room two story loft. Check in was super easy. We were messaged by Lexy with clear instructions which was very welcomed after a long day driving and looking at the 12 apostles at sunset. The room itself was delightful. Immaculately clean, air con both up and down stairs. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was beautifully styled. There are plenty of little cafe’s and restaurants about a 2min walk around the corner from Port - Real Pizza was lovely! Check out was equally easy. If you are travelling the Great Ocean Road I’d highly highly recommend Port o Call. Port Campbell is really really delightful little town about 10mins from 12 apostles. If we ever find ourselves there again, we’ll be sure to stay here.

The location is great. Vey short walk to the town and restaurants. Very clean room, lots of pillow options and clean bed. Tv had access to streaming services. Room size is as advertised. Allocated parking for each unit was very convenient. Lots of hot water and good shower pressure.

Shower could use a good scrub. Its clean enough, but the grout can use some attention in spots. Shower makes a very loud noise when in use. turning the water down seems to help with this but when its late at night its loud enough to wake other guests.

Really nice accommodation. Loved the styling . The Loft area for the beds was cute and beds were comfy.The location was perfect, we parked the car and walked everywhere. The kitchenette area had what we needed for the night.

The only down side was it needed more comfy seating.. family of 4 and it only had a 2 seater couch. Hubby and I had to sit at the dining table, an extra armchair would have been perfect. Also the tv was pretty crappy, we couldn't get Victorian tv stations or any free to air tv.

The kitchen/dining/living room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The bedrooms upstairs were spacious and super comfy. The heater worked well and we were warm with the bed coverings even without the heating. The accommodation is right in the center of the town which is great for getting around without a car.

Our room faced a small lawn area which was lovely, however, this also faced the main roundabout in town. The weather during our stay was wet, cold and windy so did not get to enjoy the outdoor lawn area and still had to have all the blinds drawn during the evening as passers by would be able to see directly into the living area.

Well organized facility, good amenities, comfortable room, and excellent staff.

We spent a Saturday night at this facility where there was a restaurant/bar about 200 meters across a main road that had loud music and rowdy crowds until approximately 1 AM in the morning. Maybe it was a weekend thing. If you are looking for a quiet place for a good night rest on a weekend night, this is not your place. Apart from this one minor drawback, this is a comfortable and convenient motel for travelers.

Excellent location, easy self check-in Located at the main street, short walk to the grocery, beach, good coffee from the deli store, and gas station. Staff instructions about self check-in was spot-on, and we didn't have any issues. Hot shower was great during very cold winter. Free parking, enter from Morris street.

Cold room during winter, no heater (or we didn't figure out if there were), so stayed mostly under the covers to keep warm.

The rooms were cosy and had everything we needed. It's a short walk into the town. The host was very accommodating in helping me get a bottle of fizz for our friends anniversary. The town was quiet and not many placed open for breakfast as it was out of season, I assume. The views are insane on the coast, The Twelve Apostles are only 10 minute drive away.

The villas are a little noisy when it rains but it didn't bother us too much.

We loved our stay at The Port O Call! There was a lovely aroma as we walked into our room, which was spacious, very tastefully decorated and furnished as well as being spotless. The kitchenette was very well equipped. The bathroom was immaculate with a big walk-in shower and it was well provided with towels, soaps etc. It was more like being in a boutique hotel rather than a motel. The motel was well situated in the middle of town so an easy walk to the cafes, restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend The Port O Call!

There was nothing that could have been better.

The Motel is located on the main street meaning that everything is within walking distance. Over the back of the complex is the Sow & Piglets Bar and Brewery dishing up a few very nice beers. The main street has a variety of restaurant to suit most tastes. The room was quiet, clean and well appointed.

We received a text from the owners regarding the entry into the room - our key was in the door when we arrived. There is nothing to complain about - just an indication of a well-run establishment negating the need for any face-to-face contact. No complaints at all.
