Not at all- rang the bell for 10 min at Coral road-no answer. Eventually let in by other tenants. Walk down te stairs to check in with my wife (who had a stroke and struggle to walk) to only get to the bottom at reception to be waved around due to renovations. had to walk back up with bags walk around the front to get to reception. No indications/directions/notices to say where to go - no mentioned made when I made the booking that there are renovations on the go -this should ALWAYS be mentioned when bookings is made -just good Customer service.

The mattress on bed gave me severe back ache Shame about retiling, made entrance a bit of a mess, carpets all need to be replaced

Once I managed to find the correct entrance area, the staff were prompt to assist and very friendly. I was able to store my luggage in a safe area, as I had an early arrival. The studio room was spacious, clean and I really liked the large open patio. I also used the pool, and it was clean and well-kept. Equipment and amenities were more than sufficient for a short stay.

I got a bit lost at first trying to get into the property, as I had entered from Hill Road. But then reached the gate and realised that I needed an access card to reach reception. I then had to drive around to Coral Road and parked my car there to enter the top reception area. I was finally directed to the 2nd (correct) reception desk to sign in. It was rather confusing to figure out the check-in entry and procedure.

It has a wonderful location and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equipped and even has a small inverter for load shedding that we had plenty of. A gas stove would have been perfect! The security was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also a pleasant walk to great restaurants.

No windows to open!! We like fresh air and there were only sliding doors with no way to lock open a bit so we just had to risk it and sleep with it open. The shower did leak badly and the bedroom sliding door was very hard to slide which we did mention to the staff.

The view was amazing and sold us as soon as we opened the room. You can see the ocean with Table Mountain and Robben Island. The apartment was great too! Clean with all the utensils that you need to cook. The best part was the inverter that kept the TV and WIFI running. We were working from the hotel and were worried about the load shredding, but the inverter kept the WIFI stable!

The hotel is a bit far the downtown core and other popular attractions, so budget time getting to and from the hotel if you are looking to sightsee. Also, try to avoid rush hours as the traffic does get bad around that time.

Location and spaciousness of living area and main bedroom. The view is amazing with Table mountain and beautiful sunsets over the sea. Lovely spa in a very spacious outdoor area. 3 separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Secure undercover parking. "Private" lift access to the apartment.

Some maintenance is required, tapware and toilets (loose) , and outdoor cushions could do with a clean, although minor. 2 rooms are small, however adequate.

it's realy expensive Room service to clean the room is almost R300 per day ekstra Need to give R1000 dep...must clean the apartment when u leave or they will take the deposit No smoking or vaping are allowed in this property or u will get a fine The staff is so unsure and nervese about everything To many rules There are so many camaras that u don't feel like u have privacy There are a washing machine but no tumble dryer

That we could not stay longer

We got upgraded to a wonderful apartment 209, its was really wonderful. This is a luxury apartment. It has wonderful uninterrupted view across the bay towards Table Mountain. The views of the sunsets were stunning. You can see the beach, waves and in the morning flocks of birds flew right over our balcony. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms clean and showers were hot. There was sufficient lighting even during load shedding. All staff members were friendly, efficient and very very helpful We were just a couple but this apartment, can easily house 4 and more quite comfortably .There is a modern big kitchen two sleeping room a big balcony to sit or sunbath, it also had a splash pool which we did not due to the weather. There is air-condition in the rooms. The whole building is fenced and there is 24/7 security, so we were not worried about security in the apartment or for the car. There is laundry service that was very efficient and we could have also choose to use self-service. We did not use the gym, the swimming pools or the common bbq but all seemed quite nice.

Brilliant ocean & Table Mountain views and proximity to the beach were as described. Staff wee quick to attend to helping me open tightly shut windows that made the main bedroom very hot. I needed an extra 4 nights in Cape Town & staff were excellent in accommodating luggage storage and making a plan for us to get 2 of those nights booked with them, and arranged an upgrade into a bigger different unit that was absolutely marvellous (big balcony, splash pool & even more scenic views).

Check-in on arrival was a little slow with only one staff member having to attend to guests as well as calls. No aircon / fan in the unit.
