A lovely quiet static caravan park in an excellent location for getting to the South Lakes. Our caravan was really clean and comfortable and we were given a lovely welcome package which was a wonderful surprise. The double room and living area felt really spacious. It was lovely to have a table and chairs to sit outside. The only negative comment I have is the size of the twin room which was very snug for two teenagers, but perfectly acceptable for a long weekend and with all the living area space. The staff were really helpful. We were arriving late so the provided us with a map and all the information we needed to make finding and accessing our caravan easy.

Booked the Buttermere Hive which was dog friendly.Lovely quiet location, well equipped.Comfortable little break.Ideal location to visit all Lakes attractions. Lovely touch with the welcome pack that was really welcome. The shell garage with a budgens supermarket was a short walk away so handy to top up if you run out of anything.
WiFi was very slow. If you are on a budget and want to cook a meal there is a hob and a microwave but no oven so are limited to what you can prepare. Apart from this I would definitely recommend.a stay at Newby Bridge Caravan Park.

We stayed in the Fellside lodge property. It was a very good size for us as a couple and would easily serve a family of four. Two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. It has a well equipped kitchen and dining room. The location is very handy for visiting the Windermere area. There is also an on-site laundry service and the park has a path leading to a general convenience store for any supplies you may require whilst there.

Spacious, super clean with modern furniture Fantastic welcome packs Inc doggie one, The other is full tea coffee, milk biscuits, and even kids' juice(a first for me anywhere in the world!!) The private garden is great with a dog Everything you need, including hair dryers, iron, etc Lovely kitchen with gas hob, electric oven ,dishwasher, etc, and again all utensils just bring your own condiments if you're intending cooking in . There is a Jack's (tesco owned) shop 500m from the site that sells all you will need for a short stay and is open early to midnight . Nice en suite bathrooms again, including soap, shampoo, etc . The central heating and fireplace are very good if it gets cold. The site is really well kept and very quiet. Stayed all over the lakes and honestly Cannot recommend this enough ,fabulous value and great location for visiting all the south lakes we will definitely stay here again
Minor, I know, but there is no washing machine ,but there is a laundry on site.

Directions of how to gain access to caravan were clear, towels tea towels, rubbish bags and toiletries were all provided, including eco friendly washing up lquid, wine and facilities like a selection of drinks that were so welcoming. The park is close to the main attractions for the lake district and not too far from the motorway either. The Anglers Arms, just a short drive away has lovely meals at a reasonable price. The Haverthwaite railway is just down the road, which is well worth the visit. There is a petrol station just around the corner from the park, but there is also a path from the park to the Budgens shop, which also has a greggs, for essentials.
Wifi connection not great, but that goes for most places in the Lake District .

As soon as we arrived, the whole atmosphere of the park was so peaceful. Check in was well communicated through email prior to us arriving and the lady who checked us in was lovely. The welcome pack was a nice touch and meant we could have a cuppa straight away after a long drive and provided us with cleaning bits too. The park was the perfect location to use as a base for visiting different areas of the Lake District and had some lovely walks nearby. The caravan we stayed in was massive and had everything we could have wanted, even tin foil and cling film which was a godsend. There was also a laundry room (although we didn’t use it) and there was a book swap and a rack full of information booklets for nearby attractions and travel options. We even saw a deer on our way out of the park on our first day!
I honestly can’t fault the place! There’s nothing that comes to mind that I think could be improved on.

Everything in caravan was spotlessly clean!Very good equipped! Really comfy chairs in living room area! Little bottles of wine on arrival and goodies box was a nice surprise same as good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom! As we were travelling with kids, the thought of giving us a caravan near kids play area was a nice touch as well! Loved the shortcut to the nearest service area where to nip for some essential shopping and Greggs if needed!
I liked absolutely everything but if I have to mention anything then it would be little fridge as we were staying for 3 nights and brought our own food, it felt like it was on a small side for family of 4. Also, I wanted to hoover the living area before leaving and hoover wasn't working very well. Other than that, everything was perfect😊

I loved the location of the park. A 10-minute walk from Newby Bridge and a 15-minute drive to Bowness and Windermere. The facilities were clean and the cottage we were staying in was extremely comfortable and had everything you would want and expect when you arrive. The location of the Park itself is quite close to a main road/dual carriageway, but you don't hear much noise from the road during the day and is almost silent at night. The shop (which is a petrol station) is a short walk away and is clearly labelled with a sign on the laundrette roof. The walkway also has a light on it shining the path so you can see where you're going. (Stops you from falling into the brook 😂)
I only really have one main issue with our stay - the bed was a little bit uncomfortable because of the springs. But we still managed to get a good night's sleep

Perfect little lodge. We stayed in buttermere. Spectacular views from our deck. Spotlessly clean, so well equipped they have thought of everything. A welcome pack including tea coffee milk squash sugar biscuits and wine. A cleaning kit for the kitchen bathroom toiletries and a doggy pack. Great location for visiting lots of places and we even saw a red squirrel!
My only small criticism is the Mattress is very soft so if you prefer a firmer Mattress this particular lodge may not be for you.

The location is good for getting different places, the caravan was spacious and comfortable with most things you need to cook meals. There was a welcome pack and we received a card and a bottle of wine as we had got married on 25/05 and this was a lot better than the 4 star hotel we left! We would stay again definitely
