Staff was excellent. Always helpful and friendly when needed, particularly the night shift staff, James and someone else, who I cannot recall. 24 hour self service laundry using the app was perfect for a long time stay. Used multiple times, no issue or wait. Breakfast was good. It can get busy. We were there for over two weeks. Although the food is basically the same every day, but the protein changed, plus there were different options, such as fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, waffle maker, etc. Coffee was always great and they even offer cold brew! Kitchenette in the room is very convenient, and great for a long stay with family. You can save a lot. Room service every other day was fine. Just let them know if you need to empty the garbage or more supplies. It depends on how much you use the kitchenette.

It would be nice to have electric vehicle charger in the property, but there are a couple of convenient fast chargers nearby. First floor rooms can definitely hear the people walking above, but top guests were always respectful at night. AC can get noisy and it is right by the glass door next to the bed. Not the best for light sleepers. Sofa bed is Ok. It is rough on the person(s) sleeping there on an extended stay. Hack: arrange the cushions under the mattress for a firmer bed.

I love how quiet and private it is. I love how accessible and complete it is. They have the option to do the groceries for you.

I was suppose to check out at 12. When i got back to my room, the housekeeper Liliana left her bag inside. I didn't touch it but i left a sign outside my door saying i would like to not be disturb. Liliana came back and must have not seen the sign so she opened my door while I was still inside. I had the second lock above the door so she wasn't able to open it all the way and saw me naked. I told her please wait while i put on some clothes. She waited and she said "oh, you check out at 12?" i said "yes, i'm still here."

The location was perfect for what we needed to do in the area. The way we were greeted at the reception was friendly and welcoming. The privacy of the facility. Ample parking.

The size of the breakfast room could have been a little roomier. That´s all. We couldn´t rate the STAFF on this questionnaire. The happiest face (the last one) wouldn´t " light up!

This was our second stay here. Like the first time, it did not disappoint. The location was perfect for our needs, our room was clean and all of the necessities expected of a studio apartment “ready to move in experience” were met.

The staff was great. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. Accommodation was affordable. My family and I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for an amazing time. .

The location was great. The Manager and Maureen are also great and very helpful. The breakfast selections were also good.

The fitness center was small and the pool was a little cold.

Residence inn is our new hotel when we are in the area. They had friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms. I was pleasantly surprised with the cooking and eating utensils provided in the room.

Only negative I had was there wasn't a hot tub.

As always a great stay at this suite hotel. We love the spacious room with a fully equiped kitchen, the nice bathroom, the complimentary breakfast, the pool and the central location.

Why let guests pay an extra 10 dollars for parking? Nobody can come here without a car, there is enough parking space, so parking should be included in the price of the room.

We never stayed at a Residence Inn, so for the price we paid, it was amazing stay. It was close to lots of stores and restaurants. My partner and I have no complaints and would love to come stay again. If only, we stayed an extra day or two more. Thank you for the. experience.

The only concern which it didn't really bother us was the heavy foot traffic above us. We were on the 1st floor.

We have stayed often in this hotel in the past. Due to corona our last stay was in 2018. The suites and bathrooms were redecorated / updated since then. They did a nice job, especially the great walkin shower. Overall this is a really nice hotel for a longer stay.

We had to pay extra - 10 dollars + tax per night - for the parking spot. This was new, although it is mentioned on booking.com. They charged us 12 dollar extra additional to the parking price, the manager could not give an explanation. Also: Breakfast without bacon and bread - we had to take our own bread to make toast.
