From the time we arrived, we were greeted by the security guard. The front desk staff were courteous, and we were able to get into our room right away. They offered available activities in the property, like how to make espresso, but sadly, we couldn't make it due to our schedule. But, we avail the mani/pedi and massage from the spa. Overall, service was delivered with excellence as we Filipinos are known for. I also love the Bible verses all over the property. This is a great reminder of God's existence. He lives through the words He has given us.

There's none that I can think of. My bf says water is not hot enough for shower 😆. But works for me. Keep up the great work.

The location is very good. 5 minutes away from famous restaurants, and walking distance from Ayala Malls Serin. The room was huge! The bed was really comfy. The balcony has a great view of the pool and the property is well maintained.

The parking area is not that big. There was no shaded area from the hotel to the restaurant where we had our complimentary breakfast. It was difficult because it was raining really hard. There should be a passage way inside the hotel to the restaurant. Something was leaking inside the washroom. Upon check-in, there was a construction going on in the next room which really disturbed us.

the place is nice and the staff is so helpful and accomodating, especially the staff in the restaurant Dekada. They are very prompt and attentive to your needs. The hotel interiors are warm.and welcoming..I like the decorations and bible quotations displayed on the various parts of the hotel. The hotel pool was a bit cold as it was already late in the afternoon when we had a swim but there's a warm jacuzzi to relax and get lazy. The hotel rooms are clean and massive! the beds are comfy and the terrace is a nice place to chill and relax. I also like their special letter addressed to their room guests. overall stay is great and i would love to stay again.

wifi signal is a bit tricky. they gave me various codes to key in to connect to wifi but nothing worked.

Beautiful room. Balcony facing the pool. Very comfortable bed. Staff were very nice.

Breakfast was Filipino style and adequate. Good coffee. The water heater in my room did not work.Maintenance staff tried to fix it 3 times but the fix didn't last more than an hour. I had all cold showers for 4 days which were *refreshing " to put it mildly.

Location is good. The place is nice & breakfast is good.

I should have given above expectation with the staff from the day we arrived until we checked out but the guard on duty that time was not helpful at all. He saw that me & my husband has a lot of stuff & bags carrying out to put in our car with 2 kids (a toddler), he just look at us knowing that I already drop one of the bag that I've been carrying. He don't even bother helping us. From the day we arrived the staff & guards helped us & make sure we are safe except from the guard on duty the time we checked out.

The air conditioning was really good, it made our stay more comfortable. The automatic lights in the closet was also a great touch. I thought the umbrella rack by the door was thoughtful, and the shower area had a good amount of space for toiletries.

The ironing board that the staff provided upon request was very small. I hope the hotel upgrades to a full-sized ironing board.

We really liked the accessibility of the pool and common areas since it was located in the middle of the property. The rooms were also clean and the whole place was decorated for the holidays so it looked extra cozy. The location of the property allows you to explore nearby establishments at night. They also have a cafe and restaurant if you just want to stay in.

We didn't like that we have to find the room by ourselves. Considering that we weren't assisted with our bags, we had to lug our stuff around while figuring out our room's location. We also told the front desk that our room phone was not working (considering that we are quite far from the reception, it was really inconvenient whenever we would like to ask them something about the pool hours, the breakfast time). We called their attention about the phone twice but they didn't do anything about it. They just acknowledged us but did not do anything to fix it. Toiletries and robes were provided but slippers were not.

I didn't expect how spacious and clean this place is , i like our rooms were near the pool area so all the kids enjoyed plus with mini playground as well. I love the Dekada restaurant good food and good coffee at Yaletown coffee shop upstairs 2nd floor.

The floors on our room was slippery when wet so i had minor accidents just walking along. Please provide more mats and face towels and pls provide facial tissues for your guest.

The staff — and I mean EVERY staff is beyond fantastic and very helpful and welcoming

Pool’s a bit chilly… and perhaps some area around the pool is a bit mossy which could be a bit slippery if you’re not careful

Hotel is unassuming but upon entering it feels exclusive and like a resort. Yaletown Cafe is right beside it. Room is big and comfortable.

Hotel signage is not that noticeable. Its Yaletown Cafe signage is bigger. Bathroom doesn't have enough hooks for towels. Sofa needs cleaning. Wardrobe door is broken.
