Amazing and exceptional experience. What made this the most memorable and exceptional experience was the service and the people working. Top tier compared to other 5 star hotels. We worked with Nouran Alzahrani , she was happy to assist us and was extremely professional, respectful, helpful, patient about and extremely nice and welcoming. Thanks to her we ended up extending our stay. Blessed with our stay hamdellah and for working with her. The room was comfortable and had excellent view of kabaa. Highly recommend anyone visiting mekkah booking this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort and friendliness and professionalism of the staff like Nouran.

I loved everything! The staff were so helpful and friendly, they made my stay so much nicer! The staff in housekeeping, especially Mahdi, was so helpful and always asked us if we needed anything. He greeted us so nicely every time and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! I loved all the options and the service was exceptional! I just wish it was included in my booking price so that I could have enjoyed it every day. We were given late check out without any problems, and the concierge staff ensured that our luggage was taken care of on both our arrival and departure in Makkah.

The breakfast was overpriced. I think this could have been negotiated considering we paid for our room beforehand.

The attitude of the Staff was very welcoming. The executive chef Haqeem was very kind to offer a karak tea which I was looking for during the breakfast. Receptionist Tala and Raed were fantastic. Concierge Samer was very helpful.. All together since I work in Customer Service, I was impressed with the attentiveness and kindness of the staff.

There needs to be few sitting arrangements for lone travelers in the restaurant. Also a more flexible checkin and checkout time, I checked in at 9 pm but my checkout time was 12-1 pm. I basically paid a full day for half day because of lack of flexibility with checkout time.

The convenience of being near Haram. Great staff, great service, great breakfast.

1. We booked the room for 3 adults and 2 kids, but got only 3 beds in 2 bedrooms. The receptionist said that is "normal" room for our size family. Really? They were nice to give us a roll away bed but we had to fight to waive charges. When the guest is paying $2000 for 4 nights...you should not make them beg for an extra rollaway bed. It was a major turn off 2. Bathrooms are too Small and need moderate upgrade. You can see the bathrooms have seen better days. 3. Elevators are very inconvenient. Guests have to change 2 elevators to get to Haram or get a cup of coffee from food court. Long waits.

Location is excellent! Inside clock towers, you can not ask for better proximity to the Haram and the mall!! This hotel is a gem, apart from a few minor disappointments such as room size etc... the overall experience was great at this property. I would like to make a few special mentions for staff members because of whom my stay was enhanced. Ghadeerq at reception was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she made sure my request was taken care of to make my stay comfortable. A special mention to Ismail from housekeeping for making sure my room was all stocked up and clean for the evening, he's a very nice guy and provides exceptional customer service! Lastly, a special thank you to Faisal for going out of his way to help me when I was checking out and handled my last minute delays! I had the Haram view room and couldn’t have asked for a more soothing view out the window at any time of the day. I will surely be returning to this hotel for future stays.

The cleaning staff could be more efficient. I forgot an airpod in the room before going out and didn’t fond it when I came back after the room was cleaned, when I called operator he said the cleaning staff are not available till 9 am and I had to leave by 7:30. Not very good experience and I was supposed to find everything I left in place

Amazing hospitality from everyone in the hotel, breakfast was amazing everything was delicious and freshly made. Amazing room service from Riyad Hossaim and Shawkat Ali they made sure the room was exceptionally clean and always assisted if we needed anything else. Great location everything is accessible from the hotel.

Walking distance from Haram. Very good breakfast with amazing Haram view. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

A/C was not working properly, very small outdated rooms and bathrooms which needs renovations. WiFi is either very slow or not working most of the time. Long wait for elevators.

It was not first time a stayed at this facility but THIS WAS THE GREAT EXPERIENCE AND COMFORT all last 12 years I am coming Alhamdulilla to Makkah and Medina at least twice a year and staying in clock tower different hotels, I.e Fairmont, Raffle, Swissotel, Zamzam and all others including Royal Orchard and next door Intercontinental and Grand Hyatt. Few times I had bad experiences and I definitely informed and send my reviews which was acknowledged and I dealt with gracefully. But THIS ONE DAY STAY AMAZED ME, with Excellent Staff, Service and Care. It will not complete my review if I don’t mention couple of GREAT STAFF, Mr. Asif Concierge what a nice, knowledgeable and helpful gentleman and NOT TO FORGET THE BEST OF BEST front desk Nice, Polite, Knowledgeable and GREAT ATTITUDE young girl Miss REHAF, what a lovely girl, she made me feel like I am talking to my own obedient daughter and she gave all the answer and the room I requested to her even upgraded to partial Harm View without asking. I definitely want to add my another great experience, I left my Medicine which need special care keeping REFRIGERATED, I send messages to both of above mentioned Great individuals and they both responded promptly and put my Medicine in Refrigerator and ON TOP OF THAT THEY SEND ME PICTURE INSIDE REFRIGERATOR where my medicine kept. THESE 2 MADE ME FEEL I AM V V V I P, and own this place. What a great Experience. Please make sure THANK AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEM FOR GREAT PROFESSIONALISM SERVICE. May Allah Bless Them And Their Family. Nothing I could put finger on, this time everything was remarkable Buffet staff and items were on place and service was nice. I BELIVE HOTEL MANAGEMENT should get credit for training staff this professionally. It’s improved a lot since last visits. Thanks guys, PLEASE KEEP IT UP.

Best location.....and breakfast was amazing ....staff were really good epically at the reception "Rehaf" helped us with check in and fulfilled our request and made our stay very comfortable....Thank you Rehaf......really appreciate it.... We also want to thank to the chef (Imran) who came personally and brought our omelet and kark tea… he was very polite and friendly...
