They are clearly putting some money into renovating it which is lovely to see! The pillows & bed were very comfy.

They were working on the property when I arrived till the moment I left. Not too crazy noisy but my door constantly had the workers’ ladders and drop rags and piles of stuff in front of it and I felt like I was in the middle of their conversation every time I left my room. While staying there I was in their way and vice versa. I understand not wanting to close down while under renovation but it was annoying. They have two buildings, while a pain they could keep work limited to one building and rent out the other building and switch to keep guests rooms not in the middle of their renovations.

The location and price . Across the street from good food places and a dispensary . Beach and nice view a 10 min walk. Had a fridge , microwave and next door to a convenience store. Amazing sunsets every night .

The location is awesome short safe walk to the beach so many food places close all laundromat and dispensary or across the street if needed. Staff was courteous and responsive . This is my new go to spot when I’m back in Seaside Ca.

The location was very good. You can only walk to the beach in 10 minutes. Don't expect anything big. I stayed in a room with one king bed but the room size was good. I think it is quite good in terms of price and performance.

Although clean, the towels were a bit old. You can also hear the noise of the person staying in the next room.

It was overall very clean. Looks like it's been remodeled recently. Comfortable space. I also like the windows and the ability to cool the room with the natural breeze. Service was very good. I checked in just before 10pm. When I got to my room, I noticed there was no soap. I caught the young man at the office just as he was wrapping up his shift, and he promptly delivered soap to my room. Good guy.

Very clean close to food shops and close to beach and attractions and excellent prices so you can enjoy everything and get supplies close by to enjoy your trip and spend quality time with your family and friends

Nothing the city has to maintain the sidewalk not the place fault the city leaves the sidewalk area dirt not good for pets and the maids

It had the amenities for which I was looking at a decent rate. A little different layout to the property from what I am familiar. It's a great base from which to explore the area.

At first, the layout was a bit confusing. The building has 2 openings through which to drive. At first glance, the parking lot seemed to be in 2 sections so that you would have to go out the way you came in. In fact, it does wrap around in a "U" shape. Just a bit confusing.

The location was very accessible for the Monterey area. The price was good for the number of beds. There isn't much else to say. Standard room with inclusions you'd expect from a hotel.

There was a few issues such as construction next door and the soap dispenser not working but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I like it that is close to fast food places and easy access to get on the road

I didn’t like that to get to the place I have to drive up to the light and can’t make a u turn. And don’t have microwave in the rooms.

Great customer service, clean and cheerful. Fantastic location. Can get to so many places quickly, highway is close and San Fran not far away..

Very basic for a quick stop and very expensive. It may have been one of their last rooms? Metal bed frame makes a lot of noise just sitting on it. Luckily the baby was out like a light.
