Room is specious, the most comfortable bed and the shower is the best. Love the look of the motel ,friendly staff, peaceful place and the location is fantastic,central and you can walk everywhere. We stayed there quite a few times and we’ll definitely be back again.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the property but wish there was a pool to cool down because it was so hot when we stayed there.

Location is perfect and you can walk around the town,restaurants,parks. We went into town for breakfast as breakfast is not available in the hotel. We absolutely loved the hotel and we’ll be staying there again.

Wish there was a pool as it was so hot on the day we arrived but the hotel is located on the river front and if we stayed longer could have had so much fun.

Our extended family travelled to Forbes at short notice due to a family health crisis that turned into a bereavement and funeral. as a result we were progressively extending our stay, adding more rooms as more people arrived - all very chaotic at a stressful and emotional time. I can’t speak too highly of how the manager and staff helped and looked after us, arranging a string of adjacent rooms, adjusting to changes of plans and cutting us a managers deal on the room rate. the rooms were very comfortable and clean, too.

well, a swimming pool would be great but really I have no complaints

Very clean room having all what you expect from its type of room. Great location along the main road of the city. Lake is just at the back. Walking distance to the city center, post office, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, fast foods, local bus stop and Visitor Center/freight train/bus station. All staff rendered very good customer service. Front desk staff kindly gave away two lightning compatible wall plugs when I needed them; called for taxi service for me. Cleaners willingly opened my room 'cause I forgot my key inside. After checkout, they allow you to leave your travel bag in safe keeping while you spend time around the city.

Nice clean room, large shower, nice view to the river. We had a long walk to our room but as it was a last minuet booking for us it was to be expected to get the furtherest rooms.

Unfortunately I needed more height for my car with a pod on top to park undercover. There were plenty of parks outside the office so it was safe to park the car outside.

Large room, desk, table and chairs, couch, balcony, spacious bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Microwave. View from balcony was good. Great location in Forbes, close to shops and clubs, within walking distance.

Fridge kept freezing up and cans exploded even on lowest setting

The room was spacious, clean and warm, with no road/truck noise. However we had a back balcony room. The sign on the way in to Forbes said rooms Monday to Friday $120. However $150 was the rate. Might be an old sign. Lovely velvet bedspread.

Shower was good flow of water but as my wife has medical issues found it was slippery with not much to hang onto. I found bed a bit too firm.

Location, walking distance to everything we needed. Even thou it was on the main HWY it was so quiet. Was a nice size room with 2 seat couch.

The Shower head was horrible and pillows gave me a sore neck.

As a last minute choice, it was ideally located close to Main Street and Club Forbes. We stayed two nights and all facilities were at a high standard. Its proximity to Lake Forbes and the room location at the very end of block made it very pleasant.

On occasions the shower spray spread out of the cubicle over the bathroom floor.
