Chris was exceptional, always answered any questions I had promptly, friendly and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond ensuring I could access my room since I was running behind, and ensured I had all that I needed. The room itself was very clean and tidy, lovely and warm.

My only critique is that the seal on the shower door wasn't perfect, and I did have my shower leak through the crack of the glass door and underneath the door a little bit. Thankfully I had a spare towel and was able to sort it out, it's the smallest of issues and overall my stay was perfect.

The room was a great size. The aircon worked well and was not loud. There was sufficient parking and I heard no traffic noise which was very pleasing. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The shower needs to have a safety bar for the elderly to hold onto. My 87 yr old mother was unable to have a shower as she felt unsafe and was afraid of falling. The spa bath had a jet fascia missing, so the bath wasn't used.

The positions of the rooms allowed the kids to go between rooms with doors open and be together. Having our cars parked right outside the room also helped with unpacking/packing and leaving the property. The manager Chris was absolutely amazing. So inviting, so accommodating and extremely friendly.

The driveway probably needs concrete to get rid of the pit holes. Absolutely minor thing that I really had to think about.

The street entry and terribly plain street view of place is very poor compared to overall self starred motel. Only one face washer and soap. Shower door extremely difficult to open. Towels extremely thin and tiny for such a nicely appointed place. Tiny bathroom. Ash tray outside bedroom full and smelt terrible, wafted into room.

I had a lovely view of the golf course. The bed was comfy and I slept very peacefully. It was easy to park and my car was close to my room. I felt safe as a solo traveller.

I was only there a short stay but I didn't find too much lacking. To be ultra picky there weren't any free biscuits! Extremely comfortable.

Beautifully presented room, with fabulous amenities & it was spotlessly clean & comfortable. We were greeted by a very helpful & friendly lady, who could not do enough for us. One of the best motels we’ve ever stayed at. Great to have the club attached for easy access to a great dinner. Easy drive to main town & could walk easily too.

Very clean and updated facilities, particularly the renovated bathroom was lovely. We had a room which was located next to a property which had an extremely bright spot light on all night. The curtains could not block the light so did not get a great night's sleep but slept with a sleep mask so that helped a bit. Reception very helpful and friendly, particularly as we were getting in late so the key was ready for us in the box. Good location, close to the town.

Very comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Lovely reception staff. Handy to just walk to the Golf Club for dinner. The truck noise on Highway was not really an issue. The microwave was a weird set up and needs some explanation so people can use it if they want to.

The shower screen leaks alot but it goes into a floor drain. Just means the bath mat is soaked.

Quiet location off main road. Easy access to restaurant. Room well laid out with little kitchenette. Great bed, Lots of space to put things and good number of power points. Good sized shower. Friendly helpful reception.

Need more than 4 little milks in fridge and would recommend fresh drinking water or bottles would be good idea 👍
