We loved our stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a super comfy bed. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance—perfect location!

There wasn’t anything we disliked. However, we didn’t have a Pay TV account, so there wasn’t much to watch at night. Having access to some free movies would have been greatly appreciated.

Property is perfectly positioned within close proximity to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and included a cosy couch plus a small table and chairs. The shower was excellent. The bed was comfy too. The Property although clean is tired. Obviously a shortage of linen as no face washers or hand towel were provided.

Always my go to when I stay in Forbes. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Bed is comfortable, pillows is great. Water pressure excellent! Always clean and an easy walk to anywhere you need to go. Pool if you need a quick dip after a hot day out and about. I've stayed solo and with family. Recommend to all colleagues needing a stay when in Forbes.

Quite a large room making the stay very comfortable. Check in was very friendly and personable. In all, a very pleasant stay

Booking.com’s communication was confusing and needed to additionally contact the accommodation to ensure there was a booking

The motel receptionist was friendly, we were extremely happy with the room/parking made available thank you.

Not the motels problem, but maybe get rid of the extremely noisy neighbour that kept us awake all night banging around in his shed!!!

Location.central, close to eat outs and is.nice and quiet.

No milk...had to go and ask for some. Bathroom had no tissues in holder and lid of soap dispenser couldn't screw on making it non-functional.

convenient, clean and comfortable . they went out of their way to look after us, making sure we had access to the room even though we were arriving a bit late. they happily gave us access to the car charger which made the next day’s travel easy. heartily recommend this motel,

The lighting was very poor, in both the motel room and bathroom. Just felt it needed a bit of a refurbishment. But fine for a night.

Comfortable place to spend the night. Fairly basic but the beds were very comfortable. Very friendly staff at check-in. It's conveniently located, easy to find. We had a nice meal at the pub a couple of streets away. For the price, it's a good place to stay.

There seemed to be an electric blanket on the bed but it didn't have any sort of switch. Only found it in the morning. Some instructions would be good. No bowls or cutlery so if you bring your own breakfast food, you'll need to bring your own utensils. The bathroom door handle was very squeaky! (Sorry forgot to mention it at checkout.) These are minor issues though - we had a very comfortable stay.
