I really loved the location - It was like a dream. We stayed there for winter, and the hotel was right next to a little church, so the view from the balcony - with the church and the snowy mountains, were amazing. The location is also convenient for anyone visiting Pragser Wildsee (Lago di Braies) from public transport, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. I assume it was a family owned guesthouse. The lady who checked us in was super nice and friendly (she even gave us the chance to select a room from the available ones). The breakfast was also amazing. We also ordered pizza for lunch one day, and it was also tasty. As the other travellers have mentioned, the interiors were a bit old. But I found them to be cozy and clean. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days, and the room was cleaned on the second day as well (we did not request the room to be cleaned, but found it cleaned after we returned from going out). Near the reception desk were a lot of flyers and information leaflets, which I found to be really helpful.

The place did not have a lift, so it could be difficult to get the suitcases to higher floors. But the stairs were not uncomfortable either. I guess the room could use some equipment like a full-length mirror etc. But overall, I loved the experience, and I would certainly come again for the summer.

It was a very sweet mountain hotel with a lovely staff who went out of their way to make sure my dietary needs and my husband’s c-pap water was available. The big bonus was their sweet dog!

There was a wedding going on during our stay, so the first couple of hours were noisy but joyful. It would have been nice to have bedding options. A lighter blanket would have served our needs better than a heavy comforter.

It was located in a very quiet area close to a little grocery store and was not far from Lago di Braies. The proprietors and staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable.

The electrical outlet near the bed didn’t work, and I needed to use a CPAP machine so I had to plug it in at a farther outlet.

Very clean, a nice family run guesthouse in the perfect location to explore the area. Good selection for breakfast. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, a big balcony with excellent views was a bonus.

Had to ask for eggs at breakfast each morning. Still not sure what time breakfast was between. Couldn’t find info on booking.com or business website. Wasn’t really a problem for me, you get used to it. However, it should be mentioned the church bells ring every 15 minutes between 7am - 11pm I couldn’t afford to eat dinner in the restaurant.

The view was amazing from the rooms, very clean, the restaurant there was surprisingly good. The bus stop to lago di braies is just in front of the hotel

A bit far from everything and there is nothing to do at night.

The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are just as wonderful. Waking up to a stunning view of the mountain range from the balcony was such a relaxing and refreshing experience. Truly a peaceful retreat !

Bathrooms are very small

Perfect location to reach Lake Braies. Beautiful, stunning view!!!!! Spacious room. Varied and abundant breakfast. Friendly staff. Good quality-price. Pet FRIENDLY!!!!!!! There are many routes to do together with your 4-legged friend.

Even if you put the "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the cleaning women try to come in anyway.

Every thing is soo good and price is so reasonable so good servises and staff and cleaness scence everything breakfast travel

Just the tv if the tv are smart like u tube or smart tv then so so good but its ok

Amazing location and beautiful village! Proximity to Lago di Braies and some amazing hikes. Owners very caring and helpful and will go an extra mile, have helped me communicate with a car mechanic and took me to another town to pick up my car free of charge. The property was pet friendly and they were very accommodating to my dog

i should have booked a double bed room, as would have been more comfortable and spacious.

Classic gasthof charm. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel, which took us to and from Lago di Braies. The staff was friendly and attentive.
