Hotel was conveniently located off the interstate with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great but if I had to be critical of something, I would say the bed pillows could be improved. They were flat with no support and woke up with neck pain. I would also say the breakfast dining area floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in quite awhile. These minor things wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again. Our overall experience was very good and do recommend.

Location was great, the night front desk attendant had the best costumer service, beds where very comfortable, everything was clean, hot tub was huge with a top step so my little toddler could sit on it and be out of the water but have her legs in it, great breakfast in the morning and we definitely will be back.

Pool towels where small and had brown stains on a lot of them, pool water was pretty cold to swim in, the room didn’t have trash liners, the bathroom didn’t have a vent which would be nice for noise, tv had the calm channel to help with sleep but the light on tv wouldn’t turn off so no point having it when the tv light was very bright.

Breakfast options were numerous. Coffee,tea,cocoa. Fresh fruit orange, apple,banana. Choice of dry cereals and oatmeal. Waffle station with two irons of different shapes. Eggs,potatoes and bacon or sausage. Muffins,scones. Orange,apple juice. The dining area was large and always kept clean by the staff.

The outdoor area situated in the back corner wasn't inviting at all. Perhaps a little propane fire pit. It was chilly that evening.. A string of lights on the railing. Privacy plants? (hello goodwill-across the street)

I love the location of this hotel it is placed in a perfect ideal spot for many restaurants, stores, and activities! Also loved how clean and tidy everything was. There’s a microwave and mini fridge in the room I stayed in and the A/C was perfection. Also loved how large the shower and bathroom was. With lots of towels and extra TP if needed. There was a pool and a gym and both were very modern and nice. And gym had the most dumbbells I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Needless to say I’ll definitely be staying there again !

Very close to what we needed. Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast with many options. My young son found something every morning to eat that he liked.

Nothing, everything was great!

The breakfast was filling as it had just about everything there. Fruit,pastry,cereals,waffle station, eggs,sausage,potatoes. Coffee,tea,juices, and especially loved the fresh apples available daily. When something ran out it was easily replaced. The waffle Station had both vanilla and banana mix. Topping were mini chocolate chips, strawberries and redi-whip. I'm a Tea fan so thank you for providing different varieties of Earl Gray.

The temperature in the room fluctuated between cool and warm. Setting could only get as high as 72 degrees. It even made the bathroom cold. After showering I felt a cold draft.

From checking in, Gage the hotel receptionist was fabulous. He went above and beyond. A credit to the hotel, always friendly and engaging. He sorted housekeeping out for us as we thought it was a daily service. He arranged for clean towels straight away.

No windows in the bathroom or the main bedroom. Simply down to preferences for fresh air especially after using the bathroom. It could get quite stuffy.

Large spacious room, plenty of toiletries provided, wonderful staff, exceptional location surrounded by stores and restaurants, customized welcome message on room TV.

Foul odor near the 2nd floor elevators/ice machine. Hotel TV does not allow use of HDMI ports to use own entertainment system. Breakfast was good, but lacked hearty vegetarian options (omelettes contained meat). Vegetarian options were sweet/carb heavy (waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, potatoes, hard-boiled eggs).

The staff were very friendly and Accommodating. I realized I had left something in my room after checking out. I called the front desk and they were able to have it waiting for me when I returned to pick it up.

The first night I was there, I could hear the tv. in the adjacent room to very late/ early hours (2-3am). I had arrived late myself at 12:30 or so and could hear it at that time.

The Hampton was gorgeous, and I would recommend this to anyone I run into. I will choose the Hampton to stay in any state I travel to in the future. I am planning a trip to Florida for another business trip and will find a Hampton. Love it.

Not one thing. The entire place was clean, in a great location. I have absolutely NO complaints. Staff was great. I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton.
