We rode the Great Victorian rail trail on pushbikes, and picked random accommodation to break up the journey. This was such a pleasant surprise to arrive at after a hot and dusty ride. Air conditioning was on, was able to just relax and watch the end of the Cricket. Shower was great, beds were comfy, and it was a very tranquil and relaxing view looking at the trees and river

Our only regret was that we there for only 1 night, we would have happily extended our stay and stayed longer if we could of. We will make it a point to return 1 day.

A superbly located caravan park which is next to the Yea River amongst well-kept parklands. The small township of Yea was well within easy walking distance to three excellent pubs of which the Country Club Hotel was the best, a number of coffee shops, take-away food shops, supermarket (with bottle shop) mixed shops and two petrol stations. The booking process was easy as was the arrival procedure. The owners were super friendly and clearly take pride in their business as was evident by the cleanliness of the villa we stayed in and the entire park. We stayed for two relaxing nights and will return again.

The sofa was clean but unfortunately had couple of small permanent stains.

Our cabin was nice, and perfectly suitable for our overnight stay. There were only 2 of us, although the cabin does sleep 6 people. I got the queen bed which was super comfy, the linen was also lovely. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. The balcony has a small 3 piece set that seats 2 people.

Our cabin was nice, although we did find the couch stained and uncomfortable. The 2 bedroom cabin sleeps 6 but there is no way 6 people could comfortably spend time in it, the living space is tiny. The couch could maybe seat 4 but not 6. The bathroom is tiny and i mean tiny, you have to manouver yourself into the shower

I loved the location - the people staying there were very nice. It was shady and pretty. The cabin was well thought out and had everything we needed.

I only wished you could walk into town through the property and surrounding bush, instead of the road - so, not that I didn’t like, I just would have liked that.

This was a beautiful spot to stop for a night, i wish it was longer, tho. The place was clean and comfortable. And the lady i spoke to on the phone was wonderful and very kind.

The only thing I'd have to say is im nearly six foot, and my partner is just over six foot and to sit on the toilet was a bit squishy, and their wasn't anywhere i could put my toiletries in the bathroom.

Compact studio unit. Well designed so there was sufficient space. Very clean and comfortable; helpful staff; everything we needed; verandah to relax on. Well laid out caravan park, very spacious, grassy areas, large shady trees. Great value for money

Location is perfect for a memorial held at a local pub. Also close to places to eat for dinner and following breakfast. Was able to warm up the room quickly after a cold entry.

Using the code to get through the boom gate. Difficult to get the car tyres on the 'pad' and then impossible to put in the code without getting out of the car. Also have to do the same thing to leave the park. Most places have an automatic boom gate for leaving. System needs to be improved.

The staff were so accommodating, changing things around so that we could have a dog friendly room. We had a family reunion down there so having everyone close by in cabins or those who wanted to camp it was available for all. The location was lovely and we had a great time.

A couple of extra blankets in the cupboard would have been nice when it got cold at night but there was air-conditioning we could turn on to warm up the cabin.

We sadly only had one night stay but our kids had a great time with the other children there. The facilities you have are great. The pool was a little dirty but overall you have a great place to stay. Thank you

Close to centre of town (easy walking distance). Modern & clean. Located in a nice setting. Staff very helpful.

Room in our cabin was a bit tight/small. We were fortunate that the 4 cabins were not ALL in use at the time, otherwise it would have been less comfortable/noiser. Had self-laundering facilities, but couldn't purchase small quantity of laundry detergent.
