We were upgraded to a very spacious suite , which was unexpected and wonderful! The extensive breakfast buffet with fresh squeezed orange juice was a delicious way to start the day. The hotel provides a beautiful, serene setting for a relaxing beach vacation in a sleepy town.

The suite only has one AC unit that faces the sitting area so on hot days, the bedroom and the outer room with the sofa bed were quite warm. The ramp leading to the hot tub and sauna were very slippery - someone could easily fall there and get hurt.

The quiet location, beautiful beach with a short walk to restaurants. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The evening buffet was good. We took advantage of the tennis court (you had to pay extra) and table tennis and mini golf.

The outdoor pool had a lot of dead insects debris etc, it wasn’t clear whether or not it was being cleaned as it seemed to get worse during our stay. To be fair I kept meaning to tell a staff member, if I had I’m sure someone would’ve sorted it quickly.

Very friendly greeting at reception, plus we’d been upgraded. The room was excellent with an exceptional shower room. Fabulously comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic views of the beach & sea from our room. Very good buffet breakfast, wide choice of food available. Pool area was lovely - very clean & sun beds always available. Pool was perfect temperature.

Service at the (inside) bar was rather slow on the 4 occasions I used it. Tho quicker at the Terrace Bar. Coffee produced by the machines at breakfast not to my taste.

The view from the room and restaurant was lovely. The staff were very pleasant.

The bathroom was unbelievably small. Difficult for one person and impossible for 2. The layout can easily be improved by using some of the space assigned to the huge built-in wardrobe. The furniture in the room is dated. The sound of work (hammering and drilling) being done on the upper floors was constant . You can hear every noise from all your neighbours, each side and above. The vegetarian options on the menu need to be addressed. Tomato soup and caprese salad for 6 days is not appealing, so we went out every evening. There were peculiar restrictions for pool towels (deposit needed) and indoor pool use, (booking and limited to a 2 hour slot )

wonderful Hotel with amazing staff, very friendly, warm welcome and great service during the entire stay, kids club is fantastic, breakfast and dinner buffet are really great! fantastic stay.

Chairs at the beach come at an extra cost, which is normal, however I think the extra cost is too high considering the rate that you pay for your stay at the hotel.

Beautiful view from the room. We were upgraded to a Superior Suite on 9th floor. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast was very varied with lots of options. The restaurant overlooking the beach had a beautiful setting and very good food and service.

The gym machines were very old fashioned and the Turkish bath didn’t work in the spa. If these minor things were updated the hotel would be a very decent 4 star!

Breakfast was varied and good, taken at a balcony with a view to the agreeable hotel gardens and the beach. The room had an all encompassing sea view. The beach was just in front of the hotel. There were also two pools, one for the children and another for adults. Our 4-years old son loved the Hotel Kids club

At the weekend, concerts organised by the local council taking place next to the hotel, disturbed our sleep.

I liked the room, even though is a little bit outdated. The outdoors of the hotel and pool area. The staff was very friendly, specially with my 9 years old daughter. Breakfast is very diverse and very nice.

Cleanliness is not top-notch, inside the hotel and especially outside.
