Hotel je u neposrednoj blizini autoputa. Za goste koji su na proputovanju to je idealna lokacija. Sa druge strane, centar Ljubljane nije predaleko kolima ili taksijem. Sobe su ciste i uredne, hodnici i lobi hotela takodje. Dorucak je jako dobar. Osoblje na recepciji je jako ljubazno, osoblje u kuhinji/trpezariji,moze i bolje. Taksi do centra Ljubljane , kada vam ga pozove neko sa recepcije kosta nesto preko 20 Euro (???). Kada iz centra idete nazad taksijem koji ste pozvali u sopstvenoj reziji, do hotela, taksi kosta nesto preko 8 Euro. Cudno, zar ne? Mi smo u povratku koristili sluzbu "Metro taxi". Ispred hotela postoji prostran parking ali je cesto zauzet. Iza hotela je veliki konforan parking prostor.

Uz besplatan parking postoji i garaza ali se ona placa 20 Euro dnevno. Eh da... taksi... ne dozvolite da vam ga zovu sa recepcije, bice mnoooogo skuplje nego da to uradite sami.

The whole place was amazing. And the staff, super friendly, so professional. And some spoke 6 languages! We had our small dog with us. Who got the royal treatment! The food in the restaurant was put together so lovely and tasted delicious. We also ate at the bar for burgers, very fresh, very yummy. The bar opened early in the morning, so cappuccino was available, as well as muffins, small sandwiches etc...if one wasn't quite ready for the breakfast. Oh, what to say about the breakfast? Best omelet EVER. Made fresh just for me! The young woman making them had some skill! The breakfast area is warm and bright. I used the gym, very well equipped with more than enough options for strength or cardio. I'm not a pool person, but I did sit by it to read and it was nice. I regret not having a massage. Oh, and the light fixture in reception...Venetian glass. Gorgeous.

The room temperature was a little low. Fitness, pool and sauna are closed at 22, we would like to work a little longer. But everything else was pretty good.

Hotel staff is exceptional. Great bar (very good snacks/burgers/toasts) and the hotel is very clean. The location is excellent if you come by car and there is more then enough free parking. Rooms are specious. Bed mattress is excellent and very wide.

Breakfast lacks in vegetables and offers almost the exact same variety daily. Water pressure in the room is very low (ground floor) and the water temperature keeps fluctuating as you shower from super hot to very cold. Sound proofing of the rooms can be better, most of the noise is from the corridor.

An absolutely nice and affable staff ready to help and cater to your needs. A big spacious air - conditioned room so much indispensable to thwart scorching heat from the outside weather. Scrumptious breakfasts with a wide selection of foods to choose from. The hotel has a swimming pool with a somewhat cool water to chill you down after a heatwave. The safe deposit box in our room was immediately fixed upon request following my check-in. Although the Four Points by Sheraton is located slightly off the city centre , the staff is always ready to provide a shuttle transfer , € 4 worth a ride and likewise to pick you up on your way back to the hotel.

I’d appreciate a quicker internet connection in my room however the staff had given me authorization to use their corporate fast web on the ground floor for my work zoom sessions, many thanks for that too! And price tags for the water in the pantry would also make a nice and useful add-on to an overall comfort.

The hotel is very convenient - an easy 20 minutes drive from the airport. We wanted a comfortable hotel the evening we arrived, where we didn’t have to worry if our flight was delayed and we arrived later than planned. The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful. We had two double rooms booked next to each other, as requested. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space, a large and very comfortable bed, very quiet air conditioning. Even though the hotel is close to a main road, most of the windows look on trees and it is very quiet. We managed to get a table in the restaurant before it closed - the food was nice, the staff were lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed using the pool and the gym and games room. There isn’t a lot of space to sit inside our outside by the pool, but it was fine when we were there.

The hotel is a modern building with a modern design, which has good and bad points. The hotel is next door to a large casino -also a good and bad thing, perhaps.

I had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons! The hotel is fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade—it was really spacious. The pool was nice, and the overall service was excellent. While the hotel is a bit far from the city center if you don’t have a car, they do offer a shuttle bus, and free parking is a big plus. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I was a bit surprised that toothpaste and bathrobes weren’t included in the room by default. Maybe they’re available upon request, but we didn’t ask since it wasn’t a big deal for us. Luckily, the wellness center had a locker and changing room, so it wasn’t an issue.

Every time we get the chance, we love coming back here! The rooms are large, spacious, and very clean, and the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly is a huge plus for us. The location is great, right next to a small forest — perfect for relaxing walks. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Another big bonus: they have a Tesla Supercharger on site, very convenient for us. Recently, they even added a casino for a bit of extra fun during your stay. It has its own aura. Big hotel, comfortable and clean. The food is very good too both for breakfast and dining. Nice bar, very nice staff. The zoo is 1/2 an hour walk away from the hotel and it is a very pleasant walk.

It is a bit far from the city. The scheduled paid shuttle is only two times in the afternoon. Otherwise their driver takes you to the center almost with the same rate of taxis and if there is an availability. Therefore the guests with not traveling with their own vehicles, they have to think about their commute to town.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome on check-in to the upgrade to a superior room to the swimming pool to the bar area, I had an amazing stay, and I would 100% recommend this hotel. It is a very classy act. The rooms are really gorgeously designed and smell amazing, and the beds are extremely soft and comfortable. High-grade linens and the bathroom is also very large and well-appointed. I loved the sundeck by the pool, too. Extremely good value for money. Lovely views of the mountains. Accessible for Uber and taxis.
