Room design and cleanliness.

Even though we made a reservation for two people, there was only one quilt and pillow. When we told the official, he said that they did not have them because the hotel was full and offered to give us towels. For the first time in my life, I encountered such a situation and no effort was made to find a solution. We also couldn't get our invoice when we left in the morning. They advised us to get the invoice from booking.com. Then they said they could send it by email. But we haven't received it yet.

The location with free car parking in combination with the well designed, very spacious room. There is even art in your room and electronic curtains. The bathroom is so spacious it invites you to shower every time. Because of the good matrass i slept very good. No back pain w.s.e. Friendly personnel and a good working AC finishes it.

The safe didn't work and the night stand wasn't wiped off after the last guest. They offered me to put my valuables in the safe at the lobby and sent someone to clean the.nigjttstand.

It is an amicable and problem-solving staff. The hotel is charming, clean, and quiet. There is one of the best restaurants next to the hotel. We had smiling staff with very relaxed sleep. Breakfast was of excellent quality, even for a continental breakfast. You can stay here for the Ljubljana program outside the city without any parking problems.

Very lovely hotel with huge rooms, lovely personal, great breakfast, located in very quiet part with beautiful posibilities for walks. We had great time at this stay and will come back for sure!

Everything was perfect!

Nice huge big modern rooms. Very comfortable big bed. Good airconditioning. Good wifi. Good breakfast included. Ample free parking available. Restaurant and supermarket nearby.

Rooms have an additional bed placed inside, but these are not supplied with linen. So each time you look inside your luxury room your looking at an empty bedframe with mattress. Gives a poor view which could have been avoided. Bathroom has a glass see through wall facing the bedroom which provides less privacy if your staying with more persons inside the room. Can be an issue for some people. Restaurant food is not freshly made but quickly reheated food is being provided.

Everything was excellent – the location of the hotel, its proximity to the highway without traffic noise, and plenty of parking places. But what impressed me the most was the size of the room, which truly surprised me. I believe it's rare to find hotel rooms this spacious and comfortable.

I have nothing to complain about.

Breakfast is not bad. The location of the hotel was very good for us, as we were traveling from Croatia to Italy and did not have to go into the City and waste time.

We arrived on Sunday evening and there was no possibility to eat in the hotel or in the surrounding area. It would have been nice to have at least a light dinner in the evening.

We loved that the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Actually, breakfast was so standard and breakfast area was too small. Even 3-star hotels offer much more. We really do not like glass door of the bathroom. Unfortunately, When we bought the hotel, we did not realize this detail..There is no privacy… Additionally, on the booking system, it was written the room has a balcony. That’s why i chose the hotel but there is a very small balcony and you cannot even step on it..

Breakfast fresh , typical , staff great , coffee fresh from an espresso machine , quiet area, animals welcomed ( we traveled with a cat and dog ) , staff super positive and welcoming . The reastaurant next to the Hotel is exceptional ( try local dishes ) , all in all would reccomend to anyone

Exceptional kindness of the staff. They showed understanding in a stressful situation and made us feel welcome. The beds are very comfortable, rooms bigger than usual. Breakfast is excellent, with a big variety. The location is perfect for anybody travelling by car or even taking the bus to the city centre. The whole hotel is full of surprising design details ...
