The breakfast was good, and ladies serving it were very kind and attentive. Staff is friendly and supportive overall.

Ventilation does not exist in the room, there is only one hole in the bathroom. If the window is open - there is air but also a bit noisy from cars passing by. If using airco - you can cool down indeed but there is no oxygen. Another thing is a smell inside wardrobes: it feels as an old dirty clothes. So we had to buy some lavender sachets in IKEA and put inside. Anyway clothes got that smell. Plus there were only built in hangers in the wardrobe, and as we had some more with us we simply could not use ours.

Very clean and spacious room. Great breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff. There was no issue with bringing a dog with you, which is much appreciated. I would come back, even though I am mentioning a negative experience, as the staff tried to help us.

The weather was very warm for two of our three days in the hotel. We were accommodated on the second floor, where the sun was coming in all day through the window. Sadly, the centralised air-conditioning hadn't been turned on yet what made it difficult to be in the room during the day (curtains and window shut) as it got too hot for the dog and me within a short time. I understand it was early April, and it's not necessarily always that warm why the air-conditioning was not yet turned on. But we just couldn't enjoy our room as we would have maybe been able to if the air-conditioning was on.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly festive and welcoming, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every detail attended to meticulously. The location is perfect, just a few minutesfrom downtown, providing easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. This convenience made my visit even more pleasant. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was rich and varied, offering a delightful start to each day. From fresh pastries to a wide selection of hot dishes, there was something for everyone. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel located in the suburbs, and I had a wonderful experience. Though it's situated away from the city center, you can easily reach the heart of town with a 30-35 minute walk. If walking isn't your preference, the hotel has a great arrangement with a local taxi company: for just 6 euros, you can get a ride to and from Kongress trg, making transportation both affordable and convenient. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist with any information or requests. Breakfast at the hotel is a delight, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Additionally, there's a small restaurant on-site that serves delicious food. If you're traveling by car, the hotel offers a parking lot that can accommodate over 15 vehicles. For those driving electric cars, charging facilities are also available. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay just outside the city center.

(That same helpful young man Oussama gave us fresh milk). - [ ] Parking on site - [ ] Easy to find off the freeway Hotel had arrangement with taxi company so you can get cheap trips downtown.

- [ ] AC in our room didn’t appear to be working. Fortunately it wasn’t a hot evening and we were able to open the window. Reception said they weren’t able to adjust it, apparently temperature is set by their head office. Okay at this time of year but pleased we were not here in the summer.

- Good breakfast, with plenty of variety - Free parking, they also had charging stations - The neighborhood is quiet, it was a residential area - The hotel is close to the exit of the highway - You can reach the city center in about 30-40 minutes if walking, otherwise you can take a bus or a taxi (the hotel has a partnership with a taxi company) - The staff was really helpful

- If the hotel is crowded, you might have to wait to get a table at breakfast, the restaurant arra is not that big

The facility is very clean, Everything is very comfortable, 5 minutes by car to the city center, parking is a great advantage, breakfast is very sufficient, the staff is very helpful, our room was cleaned every day. It was a 4/4 stay. We stayed on the ground floor, there is a very nice garden outside. We had a problem with our safe in the room. The staff tried to be extremely helpful. Qussama, Jasmina and Alja did their best and solved the problem, thank you again.

We always stay here when travelling to/from Germany-Croatia. It's the perfect overnight stop and conveniently located close to the highway. Free parking in front of the hotel, comfortable rooms, free baby bed available. We especially enjoy the late check-in option in the middle of the night with the key box and the friendly staff, taking good care to have a relaxed stay. The garden and the cafe/bistro in front of the hotel enhance the overall experience.

Perfectly clean room, which was very important to us considering that we’ve traveled with the baby. They put the baby bed in our room without asking, which was very nice. The staff were so attentive and kind. Hotel is pet friendly - and we were greeted with a dog bed and bowls in our room. Our dog was also welcome to come with us to breakfast, in the dedicated area, which was very nice, we never experienced this traveling with our pet. Breakfast was great too.

Passing through Slovenia to go from Switzerland to Bosnia with our golden retriever and cat. Hotel near the freeway exit and near the city center, quiet and extremely clean hotel. Very well organized, nothing is missing. Very nice staff and room big enough for the two of us and our two animals. Very convenient for parking and walking our dog. Generous breakfast even if it was not our priority it was also a nice surprise. A very relaxing stop for us and our animals everything we needed, thank you
