The location is perfect, in the centre and 2 minutes from the camino. The bar underneath does great pinchos and the staff are really friendly. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom clean.camino facil can drop and collect bags from here. For a one star its good.

It was a bit noisy and there was painting being done in some rooms but only during the day.

Location was great. Staff were friendly. The room was basic/a bit tired but the bed linen was 100% - beautifully clean - and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in on this trip to Spain. There's a bar beneath with tasty bar snacks.

There was a kettle in the room with tea sachets etc but no mugs only plastic drinking glasses. Not a big deal as I could have gone back downstairs to ask for a cup!

Clean and tidy room, exactly as we expected - fairly minimalist and basic in the good sense of the word, it's all you want really for a place to stay for a night. Staff were very nice, it was super central and the room was pleasant.

A little bit noisy in the stairwell in the day/evening, but we slept well and were not disturbed in the night.

The room and the bathroom was very clean. The hotel is in the very centre of Gernika, though the whole town is small, so everything was really 1 minute from the hotel. There is a nice bar/cafe there, where you can breakfast and drink a coffe/tea/whatever you want. And the food is also very delicious.

Great location. Great value. Perfect for a stopover after a day on the Camino.

Bar on the street below was a bit noisy but didn't seem to carry on too long. Rooms are definitely a bit tired but clean and that's what counts

Small room and very basic but you can't expect more for such a price and it's clean and very well located in the center of the city

Having a restaurant on site was a big plus. Facing four flights of stairs after coming off the Camino was not.
