We had rooms on the 5th floor with a view of Mundaka beach and across the estuary. A lovely airy room with a sitting area, kitchen, double bed and bathroom. Clean and comfortable with a linen change midway through the week. Good location for the centre of Mundaka and the railway station.

It was all good except when we had the clean and linen change midweek, the bed linen was left for us to change the bed, which seems very odd. The bathroom and apartment cleaned, towels replaced and waste disposal bag and dishwasher tablet left. I have never been asked to change my own bed before.

The member of staff that we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The situation of the apartment was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. It was a good place for a 1 night stay. There was a great view of the beach.

The shower tray had some orange mould on it and needed a better clean, and some of the kitchen fittings were not properly attached to the wall. The curtains were damaged and difficult to open and close. On the website, it looked like we were right next to the beach with a reasonable sized balcony. In reality, the balcony was really small. As we were only there overnight, it was fine, but if we were there for longer, this would be very disappointing .

The kitchen facilities are very adequate. Nice little supermarket open 9 until 9 less than 10 minutes' walk away. Lovely tavern even closer, serving very good pintxos. The folks at reception at very pleasant and helpful. Superb area to visit. Twisting routes to Bilbao and San Juan de Gaztelugatxe require careful driving but beautiful country.

Dish cloth and dish towel would be helpful. Make sure to ask for instructions on how to use the cooktop. We were not able to figure it out. It is quite simple once you know what the red light means. The issue for my partner was that there was a stickiness to the floor which she decided needed to be mopped the evening we arrived. It may be a characteristic of that particular flooring material but it seemed better after the wiping. Otherwise, the building felt very clean and tidy.

Mundaka apartments provided all we needed: comfortable room, kitchenette, good wi-fi and parking. Contactless check in on Sunday evening was very well organized. For me personally is very important that this house has a good central heating – in spring it may be cold, so heating makes temperatuure very comfortable. We definitely will choose Mundaka apartments next time

Some furniture in kitchenette is a little tired, also balcony door needs to be repaired. House is close to highway and railway, so it may be very loud if windows are opened. But all in all the week in the apartement left very good impression.

great location right next to the beach. a short stroll into town. The apartment was well laid out. The bathroom was huge and had everything we needed including plenty of space for our things. The desk staff was very helpful with this and let us know about a little fair happening for the kids in town. It was amazingly fun for our kiddo.

We had a few times where we couldn't figure out the cooktop and the washing machine. We had to get help on that last one :). No AC which was known but it did get a little warm. We could have maybe used 1 more comfortable chair. You are over a main street into town and across from a bus stop. With the windows open, it was a little loud at times. Also, if you have kids - no screens on the windows.

Clean. Lovely travertine bathroom & timber floors. Facilities were as listed. Shower was easy to use. We made use of the washer & dryer. Cool balcony and close to the beach. Parking was free because it was the off season. Enjoyed the local Halloween festivities. Even the beach towels were included!

I loved the sea view, definitely worth the extra bit for that balcony overlook. The room was perfectly tidy, just like a higher end hotel here in the USA (but obviously much cheaper). The bathroom and all the small details were very well taken care of. And the host was incredibly attentive and responsive when I had some hiccups here and there. Thanks again for such a great visit! Definitely will be choosing again.

The appartement (top floor) was very comfortable and nice! They provided us with two fans because no ac in the room, but the air was fresh at night and it was more than enough. The kitchen is functional, you can cook and eat in the appartement. Room service was great, always ready to help and Maria is an amazingly nice person :)

The perfect place to stay in Mundaka, close to the port, beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment was exceptional, clean (spotless) comfortable and quiet with the bonus of a washing machine. The girl on reception was very pleasant and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

A clean and comfortable apartments with private parking and excellent view. Very good choice for a family trip. They have also very friendly personal who provided us all the instructions. Great service and reasonable price!
