Fabulous property in an idilic spot. Far exceeded our expectations. We made the mistake of not checking in before our arrival but a quick phone call soon had a that resolved. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Ainara, the hotel “manager” provided us with excellent recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. This was definitely a relaxing and wonderful stay and we would love to come back.

It was absolutely calm, relaxing and serene , very cozy home-like ambiance, along with the stunning views, the room was spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious, a wonderful way to start each day. Highly recommended!!!

The location is great in the Basque countryside and only a 30 min drive to the beach (Urdaibai). Quiet, friendly staff, easy to get to by car, nice facilities, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful surroundings. We had to leave early in the morning and we not able to eat the breakfast provided but we so wish we would have been able to!

The electricity went out a couple of times while we were staying there. Might have been due to the elevator/hot tub. Was not a big deal though, came back on in a few minutes

Beautiful location in the mountains. Free parking. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable, large and well equipped. Bathroom was large with toiletries and lots of towels.

Mobile data was patchy. WiFi would be good.

Breakfast was ok, the surrounding was nice if you search clam and nature.

No tv, no wifi, no ar conditioned on the room. Small room. It's not very nice to arrive on the hotel and there is no open reception, so you arrive and have to catch the keys and search the room, in my case the hotel was empty and you feel a little bit strange, but it was easy to do it, just not very warmful.

Extremely clean, beautiful furnitures, spacious, nice view, great breakfast. Already recommended to family friends.

Simple but nice hotel in a very green area. Rooms are confortable but quite simple, no AC. Very quiet, very calm.

Great view and quiet. Friendly staff with good breakfast. Max. 10 rooms, limited other guests. The most attractive point is the hill view , it was just fabulous .

Drive to location a bit difficult. Surrounding cafe/restaurant choices limited. Bathroom old (but clean).
