Clean and well maintained. Nice staff. Breakfast starts at 4:30, great if you need to catch an early morning flight. Airport shuttle service. Substantially cheaper than the similar hotel just across the street that offers the same level of service.

The hotel does not allow in children up to 7 years of age. That feels discriminating and generally lame. The other thing is the way of making the bed, with a duvet laid upon a bedsheet that you are supposed to cover yourself with. During the night everything goes loose and ends up being a total mess. This is a common issue in many Spanish hotels by all means, despite duvet covers being available in each IKEA. Something I don't really get.

The most amazing pick up shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The First Lady Carla ? Who picked us up on 1Match was so good I hoped to see her on Saturday with the tip I had for her. She was great tiny and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. The shower was good and the towels were plenty. The check in was fast. The breakfast space was really clean and well organised. I did not have breakfast it fishes at 10. The room was quiet as double glazed. The entrance and the bathroom with no door. This is a very off set up as the mirror lets the person see you . The bedding was tucked too tight and I couldn’t pull it out in the night. (Petty) Breakfast ends too early midday is good No tea making in room No clear path to the restaurant

Near airport. Very nice room. Tea making facilities in the room would have been good. Breakfast a bit limited. Staff helpful and ride to the airport welcome.

I stayed with my adult son and a member of staff let themselves into our room unannounced on both mornings we stayed. I went to breakfast and someone came into the room when my son was on a business call. The next morning my son left the room at 5pm to fly home and at 7.30am when I was asleep a man again entered the room with a key card. He said sorry and walked out again. Not really acceptable. Otherwise staff were very good on reception.

Clean, modern, 5 mins from airport, 15ish minutes from city center. Friendly and helpful staff. The addition of a car charging station at this location would make this hotel even better.

We were first told a handicap room would be available and then notified via the app there would not, but when we arrived there was a room available after all. You can imagine this caused some stress for the person who needed the room, who was relieved to learn it was available.

Upgraded to a king size bedroom. It’s a lot of money for one night but I had the best nights sleep since leaving home over a week ago. Very modern and very clean hotel as you would imagine. No restaurant at this hotel, just a breakfast room which doubles as the bar area too. Not much atmosphere. You can eat in the restaurant Urbe at the Holiday Inn which is next door. The food is pretty average but we just needed something to eat. The starter and salad potions are massive. We made mistake of ordering starters each and mains couldn’t eat it all. Nothing else around we had a look. We were on foot no car. Included in the price 2 way shuttle service to and from the airport.

Would have liked a kettle in the room as breakfast was not included in the price. No separate nice room for the bar area.

Clean, modern room, large comfortable bed, large safe box. Free Shuttle bus from and to the airport is 5 minutes top BEWARE,if it is a busy hour (like our first flight of the day) you may have to book your seat. The hotel was very helpful on that and since the first shuttle of the day was full we were offered an off schedule shuttle bus just 10 minutes later. Breakfast starts at 4.45, but I didn't have any so I don't know what is offered.

Our room had an exposed shower, which might be inconvenient if you don't travel alone or as a couple. There might be a close type in other rooms but I don't know that.

Location very close to airport and the shutter bus is very professionally managed. Front desk staffs are friendly. Room is designed in a minimalist manner with furnitures that use space very well and makes the space comfortable to move around. I also like the design of separating the washing sink from the bathroom and toilet so we can efficiently use different facilities.

The bed is too soft for me, waking up with back pain. There is no water kettle nor coffee machine in the room, which is a Stange thing we noticed in many Spanish hotels. At least at this hotel there is a shared water kettle in the breakfast area which is available 24 hours when needing hot water

The room was spotless clean and the bed very comfy.

I booked it because I had an early morning flight. To my great disappointment I was informed only after booking that the shuttle bus did not take surfboards onboard. I also wasn’t allowed to take the board inside my room - a policy that I’ve never encountered before. I had to pack the board (with all of my clothes wrapping it) in the hotel lobby. Also only at the hotel I heard that I couldn’t walk to the airport. So ended up paying 25 euros for the taxi, and as a somewhat unhappy customer.

Easy to get to from and to the airport. Beds and pillows comfortable and they provided with shower gel and hand soap. Quiet hotel. You could get breakfast for €8. We were in a hurry so we didn’t get it. I’m also gluten free so no idea if they had many options

It was too hot in the room and you couldn’t adjust the heat to something lower. To the hotel owners: please be advised that the ideal room temperature to sleep is 18 degrees.

Proximity to the airport, shuttle service to airport. Reception staff was very pleasant!

The decor was very bland, seating in the lobby was not very comfortable. As we had a significant time gap between check in and flights- it would be nice to have a lobby seating area that didn’t feel so generic-especially when I factor in that the price point for a room was not generic/low budget.
