Absolutely exceptional property. It’s a beautiful building. Very close walking distance to lovely restaurants and everything you’d want to see in Seville. My wife was pregnant and even for her everything was very local and she didn’t struggle. Every single member of staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely lovely. They gave us plenty of recommendations for local things to see, restaurants and even helped organise taxis if we needed them to the airport or Italica. The pictures don’t do the rooms justice the ceilings are incredibly high, rooms are spacious and meticulously designed. We loved that we had a separate space to hang our clothes and there were plenty of surfaces in the room so you didn’t feel like the room was untidy or cluttered. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the team make the most delicious cocktails. It feels like you have the whole hotel to yourself. We didn’t want to leave!!!

Some of the best hotel staff I’ve ever met. Spacious rooms, gorgeous decor, great inclusions and located right in the middle of the best tapas bars.

Never worked out how to use the shower - it was either scalding or cold.

All of the staff we met in the hotel was wonderful.

Zero communication with management. claim to be a luxury hotel with 11 rooms. If something happens and you need to get in touch with the manager there is no one on property for three days. They won’t even contact you with a simple phone call, text message or email. The management left me a very bad taste. Because of that I did not give the hotel a 10. And that’s unfortunate because the staff was wonderful. Management set very bad example. Because of what happened, We will not return to this property or any other property.

From the moment we enter the hotel, we felt like we were the most important persons in the world. We enjoyed the hospitality, the room ( just perfect), the breakfast (one of the best breakfasts in all of the hotels we stayed in and we stayed in a lot of hotels), the kindness of the staff, the beauty of the hotel, the pool. EVERYTHING. The staff understood our needs and personalize our stay so we can enjoy every moments. We truly had an outstanding stay. I can only recommend this hotel !! We will definitely come back and become regulars. We thank you for making my partner’s birthday an incredible moment ! :)

Where to even begin… I am in such an awe. I loved my stay here. To say that I liked everything is to say nothing. The hotel is incredible. Simple yet very exquisite interior from the ground floor to top. The beds are so comfortable and the linens are soft as feather. Immaculate clean property in every corner, the personal cards with compliments, weather forecast note (really!). Not to mention an in advance online concierge service with all the necessary info before arrival. I am well-travelled, and trust me I have never received an in advance note before. Very thoughtful. Ladies at the front desk effortlessly swishing their magic wands to make things happen in flashes, not to mention finding a personal tour guide last minute and all that with a genuine smile on their faces. I also enjoyed my last few hours at the rooftop terrace. Every detail in this hotel is very well thought out to make your stay very relaxing. I thank every personnel who made my stay so memorable. And a very special appreciation to Ms. Annabel Ruz for making my experience with the hotel so much better.

The hotel's close proximity to most of our destinations made it so convenient. We walked to most. Breakfast was exceptional and the room was our favorite among four different 5 star hotels on our extended vacation throughout pain.

The hotel is within walking distance to all major attractions. The breakfast is excellent and beautiful and the waiter Sergio is the best. On the first day, we asked for white cheese, but they didn't have it, but they bought specially for us for the next days. Other members of the staff are worth to be highlighted. Carmen at the front desk is very kind and efficient. She helped us with dinner reservations and other recommendations. Aroa, the barwoman was also very kind. My husband is very allergic and the hotel helped with all the requests for the room, which was very clean. In the room, the highlight is the bathroom.

Wonderful from start to finish. From the hotel itself and room, which are stunning, to the excellent staff, who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. If you’re thinking about staying, just book, you won’t regret it.
