The room I had reserved wasn’t available and the front desk was good about it. Overall very good service clean

At breakfast, there was not any Raisin Bran as a cereal option. Also, include a little more fresh fruit. Fresh berries would have been nice. The room we had was very nice. It was a little smaller in the living room area than we expected but it was nice to have to have the outdoor balcony with a great view of the ocean. The staff were very nice, especially the waitresses at "The Shore" restaurant.

I was surprised and a little annoyed by the "Destination Fee" of $30 a day. It forced us to use it in some way since we were told that it was not refundable. We were already paying about $400 each night for the room, so this seemed a little excessive. Also, the kitchen was not equipped with a large frying pan, something standard for Homewood Suites by Hilton. Someone at the front desk tried to find one but came back with nothing. I ended up buying our own at a shop in town.

The staff from the front desk, bar, and restaurant were great!! The food at The Shore was delicious! The views are amazing! I love that the staff was laid back!

I hated the censored controlled AC, our room was 75 degrees every day when we got back, definitely bring a fan if you're a hot sleeper. All of our silverware in the drawer was dirty and still had food on it, and the coffee pot in the room was dirty. The bed is a little stiff to my taste but wasn't horrible. The shower had absolutely no water pressure, so showers were not enjoyable.

I paid for ocean front but our room 219 had a wall , so we couldn't sit and watch beach no view which I paid for and was very upset of wall only, breakfast bar was out of Alot , no forks, not coffee creamer, no pateries, fruit was low and old ,

Breakfast was fine, The restaurants and staff were very customer orientated.

The only negative was the room assigned and the response to the male employee that assigned the room. It was suppose to be a beach view. Technically it was. However our immediate view was the concrete wall outside our balcony. It was horrible.

Location is great, love the easy access to beach. Loved having the bikes to ride!

Would have loved more choices at breakfast like fruit. Did have one morning of our 4 days with bacon, grits which was good!

This a perfect all in one hotel. The extended stay rooms are fully equipped so you can do meals in or out and pack things for the beach as you need. The beach is perfect, you can even occasionally see park rangers releasing sea turtles while making it an informational experience. Breakfast was also great. The entire staff is awesome and so friendly. The Manager Donna was so helpful! I have a severe food allergy, she took notice and went to out of her way providing me with other safe options which was greatly appreciated.

The only thing we didn’t like (and at no fault to the staff) We stayed in 219 while the room it’s self was great this there is half wall that isn’t really structurally needed that blocks the entire view of the beach from the balcony. Also the shower does flood the bathroom if you do not have towels covering the edge of the since there is no door.

The hotel was in a great location , right on the beach, and close to shopping and dining. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and provided great customer service. The hotel was clean, and the room was very spacious and had a balcony with a partial ocean view. The shrimp and grits from the hotel restaurant were some of the best I have ever had.

This is not really a complaint, just something to keep in mind.. The balconies all overlook the pool, and that pool is wide open from 9am to 10 pm with kids having the best time. If you like to sit on the balcony and relax, listen to the waves better get up early or wait until after 10. You can't hear anything if you are inside the room with the door shut, though.

Location of room. Easy access to Beach. Pool was nice. Food was delicious from the Shore/ hotel restaurant. The pool was clean, jacuzzi was working!

The breakfast area congested. No creamer for coffee...the $30 extra a day for destination charge they dont tell bout.

Prime location on the beach. Wonderful staff, especially Cris, who served us at the bar. Spacious room was very comfortable. Coming back.

The only downside was the food served at the "included" breakfast. Eggs are from a box and taste that way, boiled sausage is a little unsettling. Your guests deserve real food.
