Everything was great, the staff could have been a little more helpfull. I was in town as an insurance adjuster working claims from hurricane Beryl. My claims were all around Pearland/Missouri City where there was another Springhill hotel. I asked the girl at the desk If I could transfer to the other hotel since I booked through booking.com she just said you have to call. When I'm sure she could have called for me. Their rates were alot higher.

Well, I requested the ground floor but got third. I m on a low/no carb Diet, Keto bread would be a good addition to breakfast, or Waffle mix that are low/no carb.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk clerk was helpful and he was patient.

The blind were torn and need cleaning

The breakfast was fair, the hot food could be of better quality, the rest was great! I love the juice machine. The cold cereal was good, I like that there was a toaster and fresh fruit!

The hot food, our shower water was cold one day, but they fixed it right away and were very apologetic,the phone in our room didn’t work, but again they fixed it promptly.

2nd year staying here and loved it! Staff are very friendly and made sure we were looked after.

Please add more washing machines 😉

Separate sitting area with trundle couch. Large walk in closet. Clean rooms. The location was great. The kitchenette was nice to have.

Musty odor. The light breakfast was too light. Pool area was a little worn.

Breakfast was ok....not a fan of turkey sausage. Coffee was excellent.

Could use more lighting in the sitting area. Not enough light to read by.
