Fantastic room (No 5) with access to a well kept garden and beautiful patio. Very large, well equipped bath room. Very professional and kind staff: "Thank you Sian to fulfil our wishes". Public transport to Oxford city center (Bus 3 and 3A) very close by, the latter can also be reached by a lovely 15 minutes walk.

The only suggestion "Please tell the customer in advance if the bed is queen or king size and maybe define soft or hard mattresses!" Also please add two glasses to the room equipment. These are not a criticisms but suggestions for improvement.

My family and I recently stayed at this 𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎 𝚏𝚊𝚖𝚒𝚕𝚢 𝚑𝚘𝚝𝚎𝚕 in 𝙾𝚡𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚍 and had an amazing experience. The 𝚛𝚘𝚘𝚖𝚜 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚜𝚙𝚊𝚌𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚜, 𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢 𝚌𝚕𝚎𝚊𝚗, 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚠𝚊𝚕𝚔-𝚒𝚗 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚛 𝚋𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚛𝚘𝚘𝚖 and beautifully decorated, making 𝚢𝚘𝚞 feel very welcoming. 𝚆𝚎 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚢𝚎𝚍 𝚊𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚛𝚘𝚘𝚖𝚜 𝚕𝚘𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚍 𝚘𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚐𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍 𝚕𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚕, 𝚠𝚑𝚒𝚌𝚑 𝚖𝚊𝚔𝚎𝚜 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚢 𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎. The host is very friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this 𝚑𝚘𝚝𝚎𝚕 for anyone looking to stay in 𝙾𝚡𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚍 𝚊𝚝 𝚊 𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎 𝚙𝚛𝚒𝚌𝚎. It truly exceeded my expectations!

The venue is very nicely appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the furnishings and bedding were tasteful and of good quality. The bathroom was really nice with a good size shower. The check-in process was relatively straightforward via a machine inside the small lobby.

A contact number would have been good. We were parked in by an inconsiderate guest who made us wait until well after check-out time was exceeded in order to get our vehicle out. It would have been useful being able to contact the property to ask them to contact the guest who had exceeded the check-out time. It's not a criticism, simply a suggestion.

Easy check in, touch screen check in, keycard printed. The property was clean and well presented. Bed was comfortable, bathroom very clean and shower was hot and powerful . Plenty of wardrobe space. Clean sheets and good quality towels. Good location as only a short walk into the town. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Room was quite hot, there was a fan in the room so that did help. Only small grumble was not realising that when you go out in garden past the fence, you can see straight into the other room. Maybe just a warning not to go past the fence, or keep your curtains closed. Would have liked a fridge in the room, just to be able to keep some milk or water. Tv wasn’t working. But that wasn’t a major issue.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. It was spacious and very clean. A few issues I had were quickly solved. (The check in was easy except that my cellphone signal was not very strong there, so I couldn't access the email about checking in, so would have had an issue if I couldn't remember the booking code.)

I would have preferred to have an onsite host. I had a couple of issues that would have been easier and quicker to resolve if someone had been available to talk to. Also, my cell signal wasn't very strong in that area, which meant I couldn't use my phone in the building. The signal was better outside, I discovered later.

The studio was perfect for our needs. It was a good size and was very clean. The kitchen was great for breakfast and snacks, and is well equipped if you want to cook more. The bathroom was big and the shower was great - lots of hot water. We liked the outdoor sitting area and would have used it if the weather had been better. The self check-in was intuitive and easy to use. The location is not that far of a walk from the High Street or Cowley Rd. and is close to a bus stop. We found it nice and quiet. We were able to arrange a check-in an hour earlier, which we appreciated. Communication with the property was clear and proactive. If we had a question they were very responsive. We would be happy to stay here again.

Just a small thing: the 10 am check-out was a bit early, but we did have the option to arrange for a later check-out at a small fee.

The location was perfect, slap bang in the middle of the two areas of Oxford I intended to visit frequently during my stay. My room was lovely and spacious, so my time spent during both stays was completely comfortable. Checking in was minimum fuss and mid-way through my first stay the cleaning staff attended to my room to ensure I had everything was in order.

Although wifi was absolutely perfect the entirety of my stay, phone signal in my room was mostly non-existant. However, as I had the room with garden access, on the couple of occasions I needed to make a couple calls I was simply able to pop outside and do so from there.

Ours was a compact but cosy room. But everything inside is modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated to a high standard. It's located a bit out of the city (20 minute walk) but we took the bus (5 minutes to the centre) which stops just outside the house, (you need numbers 3, 3A or X40). It's on a fairly main road but the house was pretty quiet when we stayed. The garden view is lovely and the bed is comfortable. It's a self check in, the machine issues your key card. I'd happily stay here again, something I don't often say!

A fridge would be useful and the kettle could do with a limescale cleaning. But these are trivial matters!

Property was average looking from the exterior but the interior refit had been completed to the highest standard. There appeared to be 12 compact en-suite rooms in the property and I expect all the rooms would have been to the same standard. The fully computerised check in system was fairly complicated but with a clear head any Oxbridge graduate I am sure would eventually be able to fathom it out !

Maybe a shoe rack inside the room. The carpets were perfect and a small shoe rack would imply to guests that you should take off your shoes in the room. The interior decoration of the room and en-suite had been carried out to the highest ‘5 star hotel’ standard.

The beds were really comfy and firm. The room design was very smart and it felt like warm and welcoming.

The room location was next to the entrance ,every time someone opened the doors coming in or out woke me up. You need to fix your doors to be less noisy and reduce the slam as this is really a cause of noise especially after 11pm. Also for long stay guest ( we stayed a week), it is a must to do cleaning as advised and not skip a day!!
