I used this place as normal hotel. Some couples mainly use as LOVE hotel. I found there is more Pros than Cons. There is huge Jacuzzi which normal hotel dont have. Also there are more amenities, water server, light setting, welcome drink machine at entrance and late check out time ( NOON!!). And there is convenience store and 24/7 fast food Japanese restaurant too in 5 min on foot. There is some Cons like that you have to call each time when you get out from the room and going in the room to unlock( which is not annoying me though). It is close to Shin Yokohama Shinkansen station but it is better to check in advance which entrance of bullet train station to use and which route to use as it is not super simple. I found it much cheaper to stay compared with the other hotels so i think this is quite unique place to stay with reasonable price.

1) Great location for anyone attending events at Nissan Stadium, and it's pretty near to the subway station as well. 2) Toilet flushing malfunctioned during my stay, they responded quickly, fixed it right away after informing in the morning. 2) Love the water dispenser provided in the room :) Save the trouble of carrying bottles of water from convenience stores. 3) They deliver breakfast to room, unlike the usual hotel breakfast buffet style. There are two options available, japanese and english style. Enjoyed the breakfast very much :)

The room door is locked automatic, it can only be unlocked by staff. It's slightly inconvenient that we have to inform the front desk whenever we need to enter or exit our room.

Super nice staff! I didn’t even had to call the bell in the front desk a single time. Always with a smile. The location is great, a short walk from Shin Yokohama. The room was spacious and clean, I was pleasantly surprises.

The room service is amazing! 24 hours and everything is delicious. The bathroom was large so was the room.

The beds are uncomfortable. Very thin and firm.

Booked the Deluxe King Suite and it was exceptional. The amenities, space, comfort and appearance of the room was excellent! it was so nice I booked a second time when I came to Shin Yokohama. All of the decor, from the entrance to the room were very nice too.

I have no complaints about this property. It was great!

slightly disappointed that the room we stayed at last time was bigger and more comfortable. this room was still very nice, but it was different than our first experience that was made from my first stay.

There was many accommodations in the room. A large selection of teas, hot/cold water machine, many different shower items, curling iron, in room vending machine with sodas and alcohol. They offered complementary snacks when we walked in.

The staff was interesting. If you arrive even a few minutes before check in time they hid away in the back and didn't say much at all. The location was also not great

Very close to Shin Yokohama station. The rooms were filled with necessary things. very convenient. checkout was at 12pm.

Nothing that comes to our mind. we spent only one night there.
