The room was fantastic, we loved the jacuzzi - everything was clean, comfortable and bright. The breakfast was good too, they accommodated my vegan diet; despite there not being any options other than fruit on the menu, I was provided with plenty of bread, jam, fruit, and vegetables. The staff were attentive and friendly. The balcony was great to get a good view of the mountains and the river.

Honestly there was nothing we didn't like, although it would have been nice if the Netflix/Disney accounts on the TV were already logged in with a "hotel guest" account. Otherwise, a great stay.

It was the closest hotel to the hot springs, and there was vegan restaurants, bus station, and more nearby! The free breakfast was some of my favorite food during our whole vacation and the guacamole was amazing! The rooms were spacious, great mountain views, and comfortable beds. When we had a problem with our TV, someone came up and helped straight away. There was also a laundromat beside the hotel where we had our laundry done and picked up the next day. The showers had hot water, and not many places we stayed at in Peru had hot or warm water.

This Hotel is located at the top of the Machu Picchu town, with very nice views towards the mountains. Around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel could have sent us an email before arriving, so that they could have been waiting for us at the train station, because we had to carry our luggage all the way up, and they could have provided for that service, but we did not know in advance.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms were 👏. Sadly our hot tub bath leaked so we were quickly moved to another room. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Fabulous location 👌. Would highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast wasn’t fantastic but fine. Toilet paper was awful and cheap It’s literally the last stop at the top of the hill so hard to get to relatively speaking. We thought it was worth it but if you plan to go back and forth was a little tough

The personnel was very friendly and supportive, they also helped with transferring our luggage to and from the railway station. that was very, very convenient. The breakfast starts early, so you can eat in the morning before going to Machu Picchu.

Actually, the mountain view from the bath was not as nice as we expected, but still, we did enjoy our stay and the bath.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious! Staff are very helpful and friendly and will pick you up from the train station to guide you to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and filling before your visit to Machu Picchu!

Due to the sewage system in Peru, you may smell sewage in the bathroom. Not the hotel's fault at all, just something to expect.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, along the river. The rooms were spacious with plenty of light. Top notch accommodations with a safe, comfortable and clean linens and bed. Great bathrooms with hot water and very good water pressure.

Big room with comfy bed and it is clean. Good breakfast and staff is kind. Was very helpful that they picked us up from the train station.

It's at the very top of a big hill so it is quite a walk from anywhere in the town, but it is manageable.

Comfortable hotel. Great location and rooms had a balcony. Plus the room had tea making facilities and a fridge (which a lot of hotels in Peru don’t have). Also had a fan and heater in the room. Friendly staff. They stored our luggage in the hotel store room after checking out while we walked around before catching our train.
