Fantastic, central location! The staff was professional and considerate. Most of them were helpful & friendly, as well.

The laundry facilities were entirely messed up - multiple dryers wouldn't heat, equipment not starting, payments charging but then not completed, and NO ONE willing to take accountability and issue refunds on money put into machines that malfunctioned. Service request site & app say those machines don't exist, so of no help.

I like the location.

I didn’t like I went 3 times To the lobby to let them know I couldn’t open the door. Was. It until the 3th time they went upstairs to help me , eventually getting an other room. The headboard was an a terrible condition I didn’t like at all ! Looks like was eating by a bug animal . Was disgusting.

Location to shopping.

Expensive for what it is. Has a kitchen but no utensils, cookware etc. so what is the point? I stayed one night. Was o expected to bring silverware? A saucepan to make oatmeal? A hotel comparison is in Victoria. The Royal Scot. Cheaper and all amenities. I love that hotel. No comparison!

Did not eat breakfast. Room was excellent.

Had to wait almost 1 hour to check-in. Was told that delay was due to shortage of cleaning staff. My reservation was made at 12:30 am and could not check-in until 4:00 pm.

Excellent location near shopping plaza and restaurants. Clean room with refrigerator and microwave.

No water cups and we had to request. It shouldn’t be part of the cost reduction. Very simple grab-n-go breakfast but ok because there are multiple choices nearby.

Property was clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Quiet in the evening. Would gladly stay here again.

One of the dryers on the second heating element was broken so it didn’t dry my clothes and I was out $2.50 and when I tried to warn another guest she said she knew but said someone must have moved the out of order magnet, but I used another dryer and it dried my clothes very quickly. Other than that the laundry room was efficient and clean.

wonderful price for a clean comfortable room. Love the fact that the room comes with a full-size refrigerator and stove top and even a dishwasher. Unfortunately there were not any plates or glasses or anything in the room a utilize. I think that’s because of Covid and I think there was a sign that said I could go up to the front desk and get a package of kitchen supplies. But I figured it would be extra and I just didn’t bother

Good value and great location with lots of restaurant choices. Close to my son's house, so this is my new Portland rest place.
