Most of the staff (see below) were really great. Friendly and professional and easy to talk with. They were very accommodating during my stay.

One female staff member on the evening shift simply did not want to have to work (only saw her once in a 2 and a half week stay). Don't roll your eyes at a paying customer for simply asking easy questions. Sorry to interrupt your show, but you are being paid to do a job.

The room is very comfortable and quiet with a good quality bed but not enough light for reading at night. Ventilation in the bathroom was old-fashioned but surprisingly the room didn't smell bad. Coffee and juice were available in the lobby all day. There is a city bus stop towards downtown but they only accept cash or passes. Driver didn't make us pay through since we had neither.

There was a little mold smell only at the entrance - lobby area of the hotel. could be due to coffee being brewed there.

Great location

Staff was good but we were there a week..I asked a few questions about the city. I think a little more help at the front desk would be good and perhaps access to laundry when staying for longer period.

For this price it's a good place. There is everything you need, clean linen, bathroom, breakfast. The staff is friendly and polite.

No soundproofing between rooms. I could hear my neighbors' conversations and their TV perfectly well.

Overall my stay was very comfortable! The room provided all necessities for a long term stay like microwave, large fridge, Keurig coffee machine and basic cable TV. My personal favorite was the hot water supply for the large shower. The breakfast buffet was basic but satisfactory, and free coffee was available at all times. All staff was very friendly, customer oriented on a personal level, and able to resolve any problems or concerns. The surroundings offers multiple fast food franchises, grocery stores, and stops to all major bus routes.

The price was right, the best for this level. The guys at the front desk seemed especially kind. The heating was good. The parking spaces was excellent.
