Excellent location, friendly staff, parking was a plus (price was steep)

We booked for two nights, the price went up for the Friday night, we received no fresh towels, we did not receive a coffee pod to replace the used one and no creamer. Neither did we get a complimentary breakfast as we went through booking .com. I had to go on line as the number given through Bell was continually busy. These are small complaints but it’s the little things that matter. I had already made the bed so if we had not hung up our towels we would if had damp towels for the morning. Is this the new normal now?

Great location and walkability to everything! Staff were very friendly and were accommodating to our requests/needs. The parking garage attendant was extremely friendly, made sure our vehicle would fit under the sign and then brought us a baggage trolley. We had an issue twice with our room keys not working and the front desk staff were extremely apologetic and worked with us to make sure we got in our room. Lovely open warm decorating throughout the hotel even with upgrades and renovations. This was our first time staying here and we wanted to check it out for a family wedding in Feb 2024. The mural on the underneath of the hotel walkway is very interesting and cool.

We had a double Queen room and we felt like it was small and tripping over each other! Not a deal breaker …

Location and view from the view were awesome. The rockfish was delicious, expertly cooked. The front desk staff were amazing, kind and patient. It was a 61st anniversary, the surprised us with complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates. Cleaning staff friendly and lovely .

The wait staff seemed cold towards us when I told them we would not all be ordering. They seemed to become a bit short with us.

Breakfast was not included. We were right downtown and had a beautiful room overlooking the marina. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool. All the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Great stay.

The air conditioning was noisy but it worked well. The mini fridge didn’t seem very cold and I couldn’t see where to adjust it. Although we didn’t need it, there was no microwave. Other than that, great stay.

The location is excellent as it is central and most points of interest/restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast at Aquaterra was good. The room was a good size and clean.

The only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was very noisy and blew cold air right at you. No central air available and this made the room not as desirable.

Location on waterfront very convenient to access to restaurant and downtown.

.Parking! The parking was at capacity$ expensive. The spots are very tight esp with larger vehicles that park on or over the lines. Suggest valet parking would be better.

I was surprised that I was given a pastry and coffee to go in the morning. Mina who checked me both in and out was so welcoming and pleasant and helpful! Amazing service! :-) I loved the desk/workspace it gave me lots of room to work.

I found the room a little dated and the shower head was not great and the water pressure wasn't great. The bed needs to be flipped and had a bit of a dent in it. I couldn't get the netflix to work even after I signed in and could see my profile. I was surprised that parking was $30 on site.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Staff was friendly & helpful, room was comfortable. Great outdoor patio restaurant too.

Parking is too expensive. $30 per night is not reasonable and there are no other options for overnight parking.

Perfect location. Could walk to everything. Friendly staff. Liked the noon checkout, no rushing in morning.

Paying for parking. $40 is a bit pricey but not much of a choice. Other than that nothing to complain about.

The front desk staff were so attentive and friendly. The hotel is so clean and the room was spotless!!! I look forward to staying here again. I won’t book any other hotel but the Delta when I return to Kingston!
